    I have contacted Omni Cheer regarding our order at least 6 times over the last 2 weeks. I have talked to more people than I can count, each giving a different explanation of the issue. The order we placed has some items that are backordered. We have no issue waiting for those items that are on backorder, but are requesting for the items that are in stock, sitting in production waiting for the other items to come in in 3 months, to be shipped now. The company is refusing to do this. I do not understand how this business model is benefiting anyone, the company or us. Our product is there. But they refuse to split the order into 2 parts so we can receive the in stock items. The last supervisor I spoke with is now refusing my calls.

    After reading custom order guidelines and expected date of delivery. Our company placed a very large order with expectations of receiving the order in the timeframe provided by **** and their refund policy guidelines. Since placing the order. The company took over 10 days to review the artwork which they had me approve from the beginning. During that time, the arrival date was pushed back due to their lack of effort in production. I have emailed numerous times. No response from the person who placed the order. I have called hundreds of time to ck the status of the order. Only to be told something different from each person there. Even to the extent there is no way to speak to anyone in customized uniforms. Why are you dealing with ppl you have zero connection with for your customers. Now, after spending over 14k on Cheer items, we are still without uniforms and we are 3 games into our season. After calling again today multiply times. NOT one person can tell me when I am expected to get my order or when it will ship. Only that it is till being customized. No way to find out. If this is how omni runs a business that offers customized uniforms. I suggest they find a new trade bc their process is not customer friendly, nor is it advertised correctly. Their policy is to cover them only to allow you to never receive a uniform bc its in production its been in production since week 1. I also offered to pay expedited shipping and was told several times that option was not available. Ridiculous.

I was able to locate your order an noticed that your order was entered using a *** logo and we reached out and requested a new logo being that the *** logo is copy written. Once your new logo was received we moved your order to production. You did reach out in August regarding your order and at that time upgraded your shipping to next day in hopes that you receive it in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience with your logo and design. I can see your shipment has been delivered and we hope you were happy to receive your shipment.

    I order 4 items from Omni in late June. They never sent me a tracking number. I reached out in mid July and spoke with a customer care rep that stated my items were on schedule for the weekend of August 12th. I still received no calls or emails so I called August 12th and was told my order was canceled. I then finally spoke with a supervisor and she confirmed my order was canceled. I never received my money back which was $83.70. She stated she would finally reimburse me but I still dont have the money. She couldnt even give me a discount for all of this either. They kept my money. Never informed me that I wasnt going to get my order and then couldnt work with me to get me the product or so far my money back.

    I finally got my refund. I appreciate the help. I truly dont think they were going to give me my money back.
