    NEVER AGAIN! I have spent thousands with this company as a gym owner and they have not shipped me 7 pairs of shoes that I am missing. I can't get a response from anyone and they will not acknowledge or offer a solution. Terrible company.

    I own a gym and made the mistake of ordering through this company for our entire team. NEVER AGAIN. Customer service is so slow, we won't have what we need in time. You get what you pay for!

    The worst!!! Fighting for over 50 minutes to get a refund over their error.I purchase two pairs of shoes, both did not fit my daughter. One pair was on final sale but noticeably smaller. I called customer service and informed them of my desire to exchange the one pair and return the final sale pair due to the size issues. I was asked to send an email with photos of the size difference for the final sale pair. My refund was approved to send the final sale pair, I completed the return form for both pairs and sent them back together via **** Fast forward 3 weeks, I only have a refund for one pair. Two calls to customer service later... there is no proof I returned the second pair and they need to do an escalation and internal review while I WAIT for my refund. Why should I wait due to their internal errors and processes??? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. I looked into it, and it shows my item is on backorder. I called the company and they told me it is not on backorder and that I cannot receive a refund because I had it customized. I don't even have the product and we only have 2 games left in our season. My daughter will be in a different school next year, so it won't do us any good then! They can't tell me where it is or when I will get it. The only thing they know for sure is that I cannot get a refund because it was customized. DO NOT waster your money and time with this company!

    Hi,I was able to review your order and I can see your item is not currently on backorder and is set to ship around 11/4. Please note your order was placed 10/5 and custom items take about 3-4 weeks to be produced. I hope this response is of some assistance.

    I will never ever order for this company again. I will tell all the other cheerleading coaching companies here in ******* not to either!!!!! I have been having ALOT of problems with the customer service that I have recived!! I have ask to speak with a Supervisior more than 4 times on diffant days. They stated that a sup will call me back within 24 hour and never did.....! this has happened 4 diffant times. I am sooooo pissed! The shell top that I ordered the 1st time were way to small, a child Small was for a cheerleader that weights under 25 pounds and could not fit it at all!!! Ordered and paid for more shell tops and never recivied the shell tops in the time that the rep stated to me!!! now all the reps says diffant thing which is ****** in it self. I will never ever order for this company again. Also if you order online they never let to know that they are out of stock unless you call them!!!! how crazy is that!!

    I wish I could give a 0 star review. I ordered a customized backpack on 8/31/22 with a customized name and pom pom icon on the bag. First called in the middle of September and was told that it was started customizing and it should be delivered by end of September. It's now 10/14/22 and it still says Waiting to be Processed. The customer service person said it was on back order then when he checked with a supervisor that he "read it wrong" and it's actually in process and customization for one name and a pom pom will take another 4 weeks! 4 weeks for one name and a pom pom. I will NEVER order from them again! this has been the worst company ever!

    Its actually a 0 star experience. Everything I have to say is negative about this company. I ordered in the time frame their website advertised & months later I still dont have my items. Every time I talk to a rep I get a different response. Just save yourself the trouble & look else where for anything cheer. Who knows if we will even get our uniforms before our season is over. Very frustrating experience.

    Really poor experience. The product itself fell apart upon first use. The entire sole fell off during my daughters game. Called about getting new pair and they had no more in her size and was told they would issue a refund. Weeks later, multiple emails and calls and time spend and still waiting. The entire company has given me the runaround.

    I ordered cheer shoes for my daughter end of July and was told they are back ordered but would be in before the season started. Waited and waited and then called again finally last week (mid September) the original rep said oh those are coming in 2 weeks I opted to cancel instead of waiting so he forwarded me to a tier 2 rep. *** advised me they wont be in until February 2023 and then cancelled the order. A week later now and still no refund. This place is terrible.
