    Dont do business with this company at all. Poor customer service and we have ordered with this company for 7yrs and spend $15,000 every season and this year we received our shell tops with a major flaw which production should had caught before sending out. Finally after weeks of calling not receiving calls back as promised I finally left got a call and was told to send back production was going to fix them. I received a call back saying they cant fix them and are going to send them back but if we decide to make new ones they would give us a 20% discount. So I spoke to production customer service and they want me to pay another $2600 for new shell tops and give me a 20% discount so my organization will be out almost $5000 for shell tops that should have been done the right way to begin with. They have lost all of our business I dont know how a company can produce something poorly and not guarantee a full free replacement.

    Hi,I was able to review your account. The information regarding your tops may have been explained incorrectly. We did confirm there was a flaw with your tops and that they were going to be returned to you for you to keep either at a discount or while a replacement is being completed. Unfortunately we do no have a time frame on when a replacement order could be completed due to our teams doing a full fix on this design. I understand this is inconvievnce if you would like you are more then welcome to return these immediately for a refund.

    I was told numerous times and I repeated numerous times to your customer service rep. I can’t believe the only thing you have to offer is a 20% discount and I stated so your company isn’t going to back up the flaw product and your stating that I will have to pay another 2600 for shell tops so all together I will pay over 5000 for shell tops. I asked numerous times if I could speak to a supervisor and he stated that is what he was being told. I cheerleaders will have to wear this flaw product until our new ones come in and then I will gladly send them back for a full refund. So your telling me I can call in and place a new shell top order which I will change the design so maybe it won’t happen again and we will receive 20% off the new order and when I return the flaw she’ll tops we will get a full refund on those. If that’s correct is there someone I need to specifically ask for to place this new order.

    WARNING!!! They take your money! I would not do any business with them. Myself and my cheer squad have had a horrible time, I was dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else!

    Omni Cheer is terrible. Don't be fooled by the lower prices. I am a business outfitting three different school cheer squads, and I wanted to get the basics (shoes, crop top, poms, etc.) from Omni. The website is glitchy - sometimes I can log in, sometimes not. Same thing with trying to see sizes and colors - sometimes they show up, sometimes not. I quoted my coaches for a shoe that was on the website, showing availability in all sizes, just to be told 2 weeks later when I tried to place an order that the shoes were discontinued! I then ordered a different style of shoes in mid-August, and one of the sizes I ordered would not be in stock until October!!! I can't send a message through their website contact form, and I get hung up on when I call their 800 number. Stay far away from this company!

    ordered Pom Poms and they shorted me 1 Pom Pom and they made me sit on the phone for an hour meanwhile I have a cheerleader without a Pom Pom. they made no effort to fix their problem.

    Terrible ***************** turnaround time, and overall communication with customers. Do not deserve any stars at all. Issue after issue with everything. Feel bad for the representatives that have to hear the complaints.

    Hi, I apologize that you had a bad experience. Based on your email address I was able to locate your account. I can see had a pending order and were sent 7 emails to remind you that we need a purchase order for your order. Being that no Purchase order was provided for your order, your order was closed. I can see you called in shortly after the order was closed and a new order was placed and a PO was provided. Please note we can not process a order with out a form of payment.
