    On July 1, 2023 while reviewing my monthly bank account report I noticed $8.55 withdrew from my account. The fees with withdrawn by Roku Hulu *************; ********************** contacted the company on July 2, 2023 and spoke with a representive. I informed the representative that I had cancelled my account with their company last year due to not being able to access their channel on my T.V. I am unaware how it has appeared on my bank account.This amount has been withdrawn since November 1, 2022. I requested for a refund. Initially I was told that I could be refunded for one month, then I was told I would be refunded $24.00 not even half of what has been removed from my account. Today I was refunded only $8.55.

    My rook device stopped working. The remote also would not pair, and no further trouble shooting could be done. July 11, 2022. The agent said they would send out a new device that I would have in 3-5 days. Also that I would get an email with instructions.It is not July 20. I have tried to contact support virtually every day. I have gotten no email and no device.I want them to send me a new device and I do NOT want to have to return the old device now, as I have already spent enough hours on this and don't want to have to take the bus to the post office or ***
