I made the purchase with ********* 24 on June 15th and they haven't shipped or sent me emails of shipment and I have contacted them multiple times by email and through chat and the past 3 chats they said we will be in contact with you within ***** hours and each time I haven't received an email or a resolution. The most recent chat was this past Monday and they claimed they was going to escalate my situation again and respond within ***** hours and nothing has been done or nothing has been resolved.Business Response

Ordered tires from tirebros24. Everything went fast and smooth until delivery. Delivery courier never showed up (doorbell camera proof plus I was home). Contacted them immediately when I noticed delivery information 'delivered' but I didnt get anything. They haven't been communicating with me other than repeating random timeliness 48 hours 72 hours, week etc how long I need to wait. I need to lose money but they are completely 100% unwilling to redeliver my order to me. Smells like scam.Business Response

I ****** *****, have been trying to buy two ********* tires since Saturday, April 5th. I gave them my personal information, they approved the financing, and charged me $27. No one has given me the status of my order, and today, out of nowhere, I received an email saying my order was canceled. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. What kind of company are you? The reason your order was canceled is because the specific ********* tire model you selected is currently under a manufacturer recall. For safety and compliance reasons, we are unable to process or ship any orders involving recalled items. We should have communicated this more clearly and earlier in the process, and I deeply regret the lack of timely updates on our end.
As for the $27 charge, that was part of the financing process, and it will be reversed automatically by the financing provider. If it hasn't been already, please allow a few business days or let us know so we can follow up directly with them on your behalf.

I am writing to formally document a dispute with TireBros24 regarding a recent tire purchase and subsequent return. On 11/29/24, I purchased a set of tires from TireBros24, selecting from the tires listed as compatible with my vehicle, a 2017 Acura MDX.Upon delivery, I was scheduled at ******** for installation. However, ******** mechanics informed me that the tires were incompatible with my vehicle and would cause significant damage to my transmission if installed. I contacted TireBros24, speaking with ****, who disputed the mechanic's assessment and insisted the tires were *********** confirm the information, I contacted the manufacturer of my vehicle, ***************. They corroborated the mechanic's assessment, confirming that installing the tires would indeed damage my transmission.Consequently, I contacted TireBros24 again to initiate a return. I was charged a $360 restocking fee, which I paid. I was then informed that a return shipping label had been generated. I emailed TireBros24 to confirm if any further action was needed from my end, but I received no response.After several weeks, I noticed I was still being charged for the tires. I contacted TireBros24 again, and they stated I would receive a refund once they received the tires. However, upon contacting ********, I confirmed that the tires were no longer in their possession and must have been picked up for return.I have since sent multiple emails to TireBros24 attempting to resolve this issue and obtain a refund, but they have ceased responding to my ********* summarize, I am requesting:A full refund for the tires, minus the agreed-upon $360 restocking fee.A clear explanation of why the tires were listed as compatible with my vehicle when they were not.Immediate communication regarding the status of my refund.I have documentation of all communications, including emails and call logs, and I am prepared to provide them if necessary. Wed like to inform you that the dispute account has now been cancelled with the bank, and you should be receiving confirmation of that shortly.Regarding the $360 charge this is not a restocking fee. That amount strictly reflects the shipping costs associated with sending the tires to you and processing the return shipment. As noted in our policy, these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, when purchasing tires online, its always recommended to physically check the size on your vehicle before ordering. This is also clearly stated on the product page. As **** mentioned to you, the tires you ordered are the correct fitment, and he even requested a written explanation from ******** detailing why they believe the tires are not fitting. Unfortunately, we never received that documentation from you.
Without a clear explanation of the issue, we were unable to verify any product defect or mismatch which is why the return was handled as a standard case.

I ordered a tire from TireBros24, the next day I got a message saying that in order to complete my order I have to identify myself, go through a face recognition process, I though it was weird I have never heard anything like that before, and I had payed the fullamount on the new tire, 3 days go by I hear nothing, I called them to ask why I havent gotten any confirmation about a shipment date,the guy asked for my order number, then he said tire is in the warehouse and will be ship the next day,next day I get another message from TireBros24 saying that my order has been cancel, it didnt give any details why, so o called back to ask why has my ordered been cancel, he then says it was cancel because we dint have the tire, but youll get a refund within the next 5 days, its been 3 weeks and still no money back, I made a claim through my bank.TireBros24 are scammers, they literally cancel my order as soon as they got the money from the bank, I have read online other people are going thru the same problem with them, someone need to stop them so they dont keep ripping people off.Business Response

Thu, Mar 13, is when i Place the orderI ordered a set of tires rims and valve stems from them I received my tires my valve stems called them today the date is 3/19/2025 I was informed that they do not have a third rim and that it wouldn't be in until fall I proceeded to talk to the person and tell them that I am on a payment plan for these rims and tires and I have a payment coming up to 24th but yet I have no rims.
