    I order a tire with Tirebros24 through afterpay. Transition went through, received order number and receipts etc. I completed the identity verification too. The next day I received a missed call, when I called back it was Tirebros asking if I had any questions. Asked for the tracking number and when the agent looked at my order it was canceled. He said he'd call Afterpay and contact me back. (haven't heard back from him) I checked my email and I there was one from Tirebros saying This email is to notify you that we have canceled your recent order. Please know that this decision is final and we are unable to reverse it. You will not be able to place any future orders with us. no explanation saying why I can't place any future orders or why it was canceled in the first place. I've reaches out to customer service multiple time. The first day I was told I couldn't speak with the supervisor because they have left for the day. The second day I called in the morning and spoke to the same agent who told me the supervisor was off for the day. It was later changed to he was on vacation. I was told that I have to wait until someone responds in a email within ***** hours. Then I was told I won't here anything back till monday.I just want to know why my order was canceled for no reason and why I've been basically banned for no reason

    Regarding the communication issues you've encountered, I sincerely apologize for the mixed messages and any additional frustration that *** have caused. It's evident that we have some improvements to make in ensuring our customers receive clear and consistent information.
    I want to assure you that we value your business and are working diligently to rectify the situation. You should not have been told that you're banned from future purchases. Please consider this an error on our part.
    Our team is investigating the root cause of this technical issue, and I promise we'll take steps to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. In the meantime, I'll make sure a representative reaches out to you soon to resolve the current situation and answer any additional questions you *** have.

    I placed an order ****** in May. It is now June 9 and after multiple chats and calls most recent one I spoke with *** and he kept telling me his manager was not available his managers name is ****. **** never came to the phone and the resolution for todays attempt was that someone will get back to me. My tracking information was label created since May 25 and no one can tell me what has happened.

    I ordered tires from this company on 6/1/2023. They were delivered to ************************ on 6/3/2023. I emailed them the same day requesting that a return process be started. I received no email response the next day, so I called. The rep **** told me his manager was the only one who could process returns and was not in. He explained he would call me the next morning. Over the next 5 days, I received no call and in turn attempted to call customer service several times to try to process my return. I got the same our manager **** is unavailable from both **** and ****** every time I called. I then sent another email on 6/7/2023 requesting a return be processed and I received an email on 6/8/2023 stating **** would call me that morning. When **** finally called me on the afternoon of 6/8/2023, he was rude, kept speaking over me, yelled at me, and then hung up on me. When I called back requesting the phone number for the general manager (or whoever is above ****), they refused to give me that information. Before he yelled at me and hung up on me, **** told me that he had been waiting on a call back from Toyo and then claimed the return couldnt be processed unless I paid at least $350 in shipping costs. Then proceeded to scream when you have a problem with Amazon, do you attempt to speak to *******************?! And then hung up on me a second time when I only requested to speak to his manager.

    Trying to reopen complaint ******** Was told to contact the company and every time I do I dont get an answer, returned items more then a month ago and was told multiple times Id receive a refund and never got it because they got ***** that I disputed it because I wasnt getting an answer to any emails, so I got nervous that I got scammed and disputed it, after I got a response I canceled all the disputes a few days later and they told me to expect a refund that never happened.

    2/15/23 I received an email that stated that my order was canceled and I could no longer place any future orders with the company. I was not provided any explanation or any reason as to why I am not able to order through them. I had paid for the order and I had done their verification through verify. I have called multiple times and I'll also email the company. I've been advised that I can only be given in the response as to why the order was canceled by supervisor. I was told once that it'd be an hour and a half I called back and then I was advised to be 3 hours and I would receive a call. I'm not been contact with anybody or received any communication as to why my order was canceled
