    I order a set of 4 tires from ******** on Sept 27th, recieved an confirmation that I was going to recieve four tires that would be shipped to my local pep boys to be installed. My appointment was booked incorrectly and the tires were shipped and then returned. There was no communication regarding why the appointment was cancelled and there was no communication between to me. I have called multiple times trying to resolve the order, I was told the order was shipped to me but I did not recieve tracking or the tires after being assured that the tires were being routes to my house. I want a full refund of my money, and the order cancellled.

    On August 23rd, I placed an order with company ********* 24 for 1 tire and 4 TPMS sensors. I provided all the necessary information, including my driver's license and personal details. I thought everything was fine. However, I was surprised to receive an email informing me that my order had been canceled, and the decision was final. The company stated that I was not eligible to make a purchase.Given the prevalence of identity theft, I am very concerned about the company's integrity. It seems suspicious that they would collect personal information, approve the order, and then decide not to do business with me for unclear reasons. This is a major red flag.

    Placed a order for 1 tire then receive email to verify identity I call customer service and they say thats the only way to place the order you have to verify your identity so I tell them I will think about it they said if I dont verify in 24 hours the order automatically cancels. I went ahead and did the verification so the order can go thru. Then receive a email 8 hours later my order was canceled and Im not allowed to place no more orders with the company. What kind of games is that after you get a picture of my identification and a selfie of me what type of scam is this company then when I call to find out why the order was cancelled the representative doesnt know only the managers can do that and no one is available to come to the phone so there is nothing he can do.

    I placed an order for 4 new tires, signed the lease agreement, made the down payment (which is still withdrawn from my account) and verified my identity. I recieved an email after doing all of this stating my order was cancelled (order #******). I have tried for over a week to find out what is going on and why if my order was cancelled was my down payment not returned. Each time I have called the representative does not see any reason in their system and their supervisor is not in. I was told to email them, which I did and recieved a reply that I would get a call in 24 hours or sooner, but 5 days later I called them just to get the same answer. I need the tires I ordered or my money back so I can get tires elsewhere.

    I believed that after making a purchase I would receive a confirmation email (it's a norm with every other online purchase), but I received nothing. It took a chatting to representative and a day to receive any email in regards to my order. Oh, it does not end there. I have only received 2 out of the 4 tires and I've chatted with a representative three times in order to obtain information, but all they do is say "we will get back to you." It's been a week and I have not received any information. Avoid this business, and head to your local tire shop.

    I had made a previous complaint of only receiving two out of tires. A tirebros representative answered and assured me that I was going to receive an email confirmation of the remaining tires. I did, but the *** label was only created and I NEVER received anything. I don't want the tires anymore, I want a refund to be processed to Afterpay.

    I order tires online from this company following what I thought was the process the company sent the wrong tires. They are now refusing to assist with returning the tires.

    I bought some type of them thinking that everything was gonna be OK when I receive a tires I took them to my local *** Boys to go ahead and get the tires and start *** Boys denied the service for The installation.. I ended up going to for the tire shops and then denying me service as well. I went ahead and reached out to them and explain to them what was going on. Apparently they didnt know because this is the first time that this is happened I told him no worries that I will try to find another place but I gave them a call just to see if they knew the reason why or if they know where I couldve gotten the tires installed finally I find someone whos able to install the tires. Ill place an hour and 45 minutes away. I spoke with an agent by the name read that day he was like OK perfect good thing you found someone I thought the appointment check up the tires installed once theyre starting to do the installation they notice that the tires are not grasping air towards the rim theyre finding a little bit confusing because all the sizing matches they start bringing out other tires to see if it was a issue with my rim they put the other tire on perfectly no problem so they start doing even more digging on the tires that I bought from them. They start noticing that the tires are actually bigger than the size that are supposed to be for the tire number needless to say that the tires were branded wrong, I tried reaching out to tire bro 24. All I get is nasty responses especially from the supervisor who always hangs up the phone stating that ** always calling with a new excuse or complaint I never called about complaint or excuse I called the first time trying to see why was it that nobody no tire company me around wanted to install the tires? Then since I found some when I told him and I resolved it, but when I went to go and install them it comes out as the tires are defective. Theyre claiming thats not the case and refusing to send me the right tires

    these items where not quality checked they are sent from a third party warehouse for starters if they were quality check, please send me proof of the quality check that was processed on the items because I sent out one of the tires to manufacture of the manufacturer has determined that the item is in fact defective, so I would like for you guys to go ahead and send me that information. You guys refuse to resolve the issue multiple times and disconnect the line every time were having a conversation about a resolution

    Im sorry all the calls that Ive had with you guys. I actually went ahead and recorded them because you guys have had a pattern of fallacious communication from what was told to your representative. Im still waiting for the information that you guys stated blatantly that you have documentation of the quality check that was done. I would like that information to be sent so that way I can also send it to the manufacturer, since you guys are stating that you guys did a thorough quality check on every item that you guys sent out once I receive the documentation, Ill go ahead and attach the documentation that I also received from the manufacturer but I am in need of that quality control and quality check that you guys had on the item that you guys shipped out to me

    I purchased 4 tires from Tirebros24.com on October 25, 2023 using buy now pay later. It is now November and I have yet to receive the tires. I tried reaching out to the company via chat and they told me to get in contact with *** so I did and *** told me to get in contact with the merchant because they have the label created but no tires are ready to ship and the delivery from *** is always being rescheduled. I have reached out to Tirebros24 more than 3 times and it seems that Tirebros24 is trying to delibrately keep me tied to the loan in order to force me to pay money for something I never received. All I am asking is a cancellation of my order thats all.

    On 10/25/2023 I purchased tires from Tirebros24. I received my tires with no problems. When I realized that I had the wrong sized I contacted them the very next day. I was made aware that I had to pay to ship the tires back and also that I had to pay the difference for the larger tires. I was fine with that. The representative told me that since I called on a Saturday that I should hear something back by no later than Tuesday from the team. I have not heard anything yet as of 11/09/23. So I called back and said that I would just like to return the tires. I was still told that I would need to wait to hear from the team. Tirebros24 allows you to finance your items. So in the meantime I am being billed for tires that arent on my car. I have never had an exchange or return situation that was this difficult. I feel defeated. I feel like I am being scammed.

    I purchased 1 tire from tirebros24 2-3 months ago. When I received the tire, I realized it wasn't a match for my car. I call customer service several times, and was told that's not the department that handles returns and they will forward my info the the respective department. After about 2 weeks of calling and hearing the same information, I called the credit card company( afterpay) To possibly help me. Soon after I received and email that I have to pay an additional $70 for shipping and restocking. I agreed and that was paid on Oct 11th. It's October 24th and I have not received the postage or any word from tirebros24. I paid $135 for the tire, plus $70 additionally. I have lost $205 and still have a new tire I can't use.
