    My fianc and I won a free vacation from this outfit. We took our # and paid the $50 deposit then paid another $100. 6 weeks went by and no contact was made to plan this cruise. Not. One. Word. We decided this was way more stress than we need while planning the wedding so we asked for a refund. Odenza kept the $50 deposit but refunded the $100. They did not try to get us touch with anyone! Instead they told my fianc to provide the last 4 digits of his credit card # and I believe the date he paid it. This is definitely a scam! Being we are not doing anything with this company we want our $50 deposit back. Its wrong and scammy to say the deposit is non refundable when you fail to contact who paid it or answer ANY calls or emails!! This is NOT how I do business! I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

    ***************************** was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me! It was a pleasure working with him and I am very appreciative! Not only did he help book our honeymoon but he even gave me some surprise tickets to some different sporting event choices for our wedding that my fiance will be thrilled about! He truly went above and beyond!!Thank you ******!!

    ********************* was an Excellent Travel consultant with the Odenza Marketing Group. I would highly recommend his services!!! He was very efficient and talented with his time and knowledge for a planned trip to the ********** including the Grand Canyon, Especially impressive was his time management during a very busy event dealing with the ********* outage, I am so impressed with his service, I plan to request him for any future travel adventures. Planning a trip today involves many different components and he addressed them all to the point of decreasing my stress level and increasing my level of confidence. Thank you ******
