    I was awarded a trip through ****** with odenza and actived my 50 fee so I can book my round trip airfare and have called over 20 times to get ahold of an agent and cant get ahold of anyone!!! I want to book my trip this month and how can I when no one answers!! This a scam and highly disappointed in Hilton

    I am not super comfortable using websites. I called the help line to ensure I had followed all the steps correctly and had secured my family's reservation. I spoke with **** who was polite, professional, and patient as he walked me through the process of booking our vacation to ********. **** stayed on the phone with me through the final steps and ensured my family's reservation was made. We are so looking forward to our trip and I am very grateful to **** for taking the stress out of booking it! Thank you :)

    My name is ***** and I was awarded a certificate for two roundtrip airline tickets in November of 2023 after I attended a talk at a Hilton timeshare in *******. I was asked by the person conducting the timeshare if I wanted a gift card or two free roundtrip airline tickets. I choose the two free airline tickets and was told that I was responsible for the airline taxes. I am now going to ********* on a very import trip and have specific dates from Thursday, February 13th to Sunday, February 16th that I need to travel and I planned to use these FREE airline tickets. I am being told that travel can only be on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and return two days later. This is fraud and people being lied to when they go to these talks and by the marketing group providing the incentives. Horrible, horrible lying to people being told one thing at the marketing talk what you are told what you will receive and then the reality of that you really receive is nothing.
