    Heading to ********* for the first time, I needed a professional assistance with housing and getting a lay of the land in ***********. ************************* at Odenza did a wonderful job in finding a hotel in just the right area for my public speaking engagement. So grateful.***********************

    Don't waste your time with Odenza Marketing Group. I was offered a 2-night ****** stay by listening to a 90 minute presentation on ******************** Although, it could make sense - the timing was wrong for me. There are MANY restrictions that are not mentioned PRIOR to going to the presentation. All hotel booking check ins must be Sun-Weds, only less than 3 star properties, & only selected ****** properties that partner with ****** (limited location). Also, in order to get addtl locations you have to pay a $100. upgrade and they don't tell you locations until you pay it. You only have 7 days to book the trip and there were several delays in *********************** that I received weren't entirely what I had requested. (ex: one hotel listing vs. several that I could choose from) They are obviously trying to fill the less desirable ****** properties. I've sent an email complaint to the HIlton managment and intend on contacting the Nevada Attorney General for this deceptive marketing practice. By the way....I'm wondering how BBB can give them an A+ when they have many poor reviews. Don't waste your time on presentations - enjoy your vacation and avoid these reps when you're checking in
