    I am writing a review for my travel agent *******************. She is really responsive, and helpful. She answered my questions and helped with the whole process. I'd do a follow up review after my stay. Looking forward to my trip. Will come back to do a follow up

    ************** went to a Hilton presentation and received a 4-night 5-day cruise. With free airfare and 2-nights hotel accommodations. I paid the fee and was told a agent would call me within 10 days. After waiting 35 days I called and obtained my travel agents phone number and finally spoke to her. She then proceeded to explain that I could not use two certificates on one trip, one was for the cruise and one for the air travel and hotel. The fine print on the certificates does not state this. I told *********************/ travel agent that I would like to speak with her manager which. She would not allow. As I had not booked the trips I asked for a refund. This company is a SCAM!!! and I do not recommend it to anyone. Their customer is non-existent. and what they promise they can't deliver on. I am shocked that ****** would be associated with a company like Odenza Marketing. I am also surprised that they have not had lawsuits filed for Fraudulent business practice. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.!

We would like to apologize if the promotional details of the program were misrepresented to you at any point, as it is disclosed in term #3 of the ****************** printed directly on your certificate that only one travel offer per household may be used in a twenty-four (24) month period. We understand that a travel manager has since been in touch with you to provide further clarification on the promotional travel offer.     I normally don't write reviews. However, the service that I recieved from ***************************** deserves praise. He was very attentive and thorough to ensure my needs were addressed appropriately. The saying "under promise, over deliver" defines ******* commitment to customer service. Thank you ****** for easing my mind and making travel for my kids and grandkids enjoyable.

    My fiance and I won a FREE 7 night honeymoon getaway with Odenza Vacations and I could not be more impressed with this company! Once we put our resort on hold, we were connected to ************************* and she went above and beyond for us throughout the entire booking process - she was absolutely amazing!! She took care of everything from airfare to getting us little bonus offers for being newlyweds on our honeymoon. She was so easy to contact and got back to us within minutes of contacting her every time! We really felt like we were being taken care of by someone who truly cared about us and wanted us to have a great honeymoon experience.
