    From the moment that my husband and I met ********************** knew it was going to be a much better experience. We started with a different agent initially and then she was no longer with the company, so we called the toll free number and we were directed to *******. And from that very day she assigned our case to her and she has worked tirelessly to help us make our dream vacation come true! She was very instrumental in the cancellation process as well because we had to postpone our honeymoon due to us buying a home and she made the process so smooth and headache free!!! Which we were especially pleased with because we wanted to get on a plane and not have to worry about anything else, and she made sure that happened. Im so grateful to God for sending her our way! Shes amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

    Slightly disappointed at the current moment (will update if it changes) as I feel like my fianc and I have been scammed. We went to a cookware post-expo event and ended up getting both a 2 night and ************. I was skeptical about it after the application process and paying $100 (for the deposit on the 2 night one). It has been silent ever since... no emails with access to book anything, and no calls and I work 7am - 5pm so can't call their direct number. I'll give it another week before just cutting my loses and booking through a more reputable company.

    ************************* was such a great help to us! He listened to ** and took everything we wanted into consideration and made it happen. This process was so easy because he made it easy for the both of us. He took care of all the work, the only time he needed me was to confirm something or fill something out. He was also so kind and patient with us!
