  I sit here waiting for a $398 refund from Odenza and I do not believe they will honor their promises. I paid $50 to activate a "certificate for 2 round trip tickets and 2 nights lodging" and then was told I had to pay $398 ($199 each) before a Travel Agent would attempt to get a reservation. I paid them July 17th and told them by email where I wished to go and the date for travel and return. I was told I couldn't go to ********* (even though I was in compliance with all their rules (travel day, black outs for holidays, etc) but would be offered select locations and times as per deals hotel and airline would offer. She could though get me what I wanted for extra payments and the "coupon" would provide me some kind of discount. She proposed Delta Airline with two long multi-city routes from *********** to ********* and back with highly undesirable departure and return times. I have now made alternate (and much cheaper travel plans) and requested a refund of $398 on July 20 and was notified on July 21 that it was no problem and I would get a credit back to my CC company in "3-5 business days" and now that it is now 7 business days, I inquired of the travel agent when would I get a refund. Her reply: "I apologize for that, I sent the request on the 21st however my accounting team missed doing that refund. They have processed it now please allow 3-5 business days. I apologize for any inconvenience." It's clear from many of the other reviews here, that this is a money scam and they are holding my money on purpose or will not refund it. I would appreciate a response from Odenza Marketing Group and immediate refund.

Our agents do their best to find a satisfactory itinerary for their guests to take the best advantage of their promotional travel offer. Your certificate is still valid for you to redeem should you like to revisit your promotional program in the future.   I just finished setting up my vacation package and it was very easy. My agent *****************, made the process very smooth. He took his time and explained the process and helped me find an alternative spot when the one I choose was not available. Great job Anuj!!

  Scam. My husband and I received a 7 night stay sponsored by Odenza, for listened to a "timeshare presentation" when I called to book something, I had a resort in mind, Odenza specifies they do not cover the all inclusive part, fine, the lady told me I would owe ****+ dollars for that, but when I went on the actual resorts website, that is how much I would have paid anyway for the whole stay. I sent her a screenshot and called and all she could tell me was they would give me 100 dollars off and a discounton my next stay... Basically Odenza wasn't covering the cost of anything and i was paying them. I argued, but it was a waste!! Sorry I wasted my time on scam artist.

The promotional offer does not include an all-inclusive resort stay however there are many all-inclusive resorts available in some destinations which you may apply the promotional certificate towards if you would like to pay the additional cost to cover the all-inclusive fees which are required by the resort. The total additional cost that your travel agent advised for your request also considered an additional guest who was not included in the promotional certificate.   Vacation package to ********* for two nights. Once I contacted them, within few days later Odenza assigned an agent named ****** thru email to my response. She addressed my request and provided an option for my decision. After the option selected, she processed the flight itinerary and hotel confirmation document to my email within an hour. Very satisfy with her services. Highly recommend Melody and Odenza Marketing Group.
