    Obtained a travel certificate on 5/5/23. Given a travel agent contact. at Odenza in *********. Have contacted the agent on 5/5, 5/8, 5/13 and 5/17. No response. Will request a refund and cancellation of the certificate and never use this company again.

    ********* was so helpful and patiently spent much time with me answering every detail about my upcoming vacation. She has answered my call again about booking for my daughter. Additionally, last year I booked with Odenza and absolutely seamless booking & went to an awesome resort in *********.

    Received a certificate for two free nights in a voice of several locations. I have been trying to reach them via email and calls to several numbers, and of course, not even a reply email. Then I got on BBB, tead the reviews, which pretty much confirmed that I am being scammed. Shame on Odenza as well as ******************** for telling ** we have two free nights. These companies already know these problems exist, based on what I'm reading here, so you'd think they'd try to improve their customer service at least. Even the emergency number, given in the email, will not get you any customer service. I hope whoever is reading this, does so, prior to paying any money. This is a scam.

    So it wasn't until after I posted this on the BBB that a customer service rep contacted me. Prior to that, no response from messages and emails for several weeks. After the rep finally contacted me, we were booked. The whole process is inconvenient with Odenza, as you have to initially send an email, and cannot just book a vacation online or over the phone. Then you wonder if they'll ever get back to you. I only had a 2+day stay in a city I was already in, so I can't imagine trying to plan and book a vacation in this way. I will not even do a 2-night stay, based on uncertainty and lack of communication.

    I barely know where to start with this nightmare. We booked a discounted trip through Odenza to ****** months in advance. Flew all the way to ******, only to find out that our reservation was canceled without notifying ** Or even notifying our travel agency. This company has many layers and middleman companies who they book through, so nobody could really figure out who had done the cancellation, and everyone was pointing fingers. I tried to get my money back several times Initially they promised they would help me and then stopped responding. I ended up having to go through my credit card, and they investigated and decided in my favor.

Upon further review we have determined that this situation occurred because you had initially contacted the hotel directly regarding your cancellation, which resulted in the hotel processing your cancellation without involving your travel agent. We would like to clarify that it is common practice for all major travel agencies to work with travel suppliers and tour operators to book their guests vacations. This was a very uncommon circumstance, and we are very sorry to hear about what you had experienced on your trip. We understand that you have been able to obtain a partial refund of your booking.     ************************* was a relief to speak to after I made several phone calls to Odenza during a 2 and a half hour period. My calls were met with no one available to speak to, had to leave voice messages, and one call being disconnected during a conversation. I finally hooked up with ******* who was very considerate and patient with my frustrations to help me finalize confirmation of a 24 hour hold on a reservation. ******* was very professional and caring and helped me fill out the necessary authorization form to complete my confirmation. He informed me of the need for any additional help and plans for our vacation and to call him back. I will definitely call Kaushal with any questions I may have.

    I had a great experience booking planning and getting flights for my trip. I just want to thank the company as a whole, but I wanna give a special thanks to ************************* who helped me the most who answered every question I had I just made the whole experience a great one. I really appreciate everything that she does and getting ** the best deals . Making sure everything was up to my accommodations

    Stay away! Received free certificates after attending timeshare presentation in ************. After giving them a $50 deposit, was assigned a travel agent. Asked her if she could just give me ANYTHING to go ANYWHERE, ANY TIME. 4 MONTHS LATER, she still couldn't find anything. Called the number on the certificate which BTW is in ****** and requested a refund which they say will be mailed to my home in 4 to 6 weeks. Just like the timeshare presentation, Odenza is a SCAM.

    Horrible, there are so many hidden costs that they do not tell you about upfront. If you get a certificate on the certificate it says entitles you and a companion to a 5 day/4 night cruise including double occupancy on an entry level room. NOT TRUE they charge you $76 a night for an entry level room per person. The customer service is horrific. you cannot look at anything online everything is done over the phone. Just awful.this is the first cruise I have ever tried to book and it makes me not even want to go on a cruise ever. Thanks ODENZA for ruining that fir me

The travel taxes and fees required for each program are disclosed within the ****************** printed on every certificate. This travel offer does require booking directly with one of our in-house travel specialists as they have access to promotional cruise inventory. Upon reviewing the communications our Travel Manager determined that your dedicated travel agent addressed your questions in a timely and courteous fashion to best assist you with the program. We understand in this case you had requested to book a third traveler on the cruise in addition to the two included in your certificate and he advised what the additional costs would be if you selected to make this upgrade. Your certificate is still valid through to the expiration date if you would like to take advantage of the offer and you are welcome to reach out to ** at ************** for further assistance.
