    he was very helpfull, call my future reservation that had some work to be done on roof to make sure that everything was ok for my stay. Very kind and very pleasant talking with him. Thanks for the fantastic work you do and making the traveling easy for us. ????

    This is the biggest scam ever. Free cruise and you have to register, put a deposit down, then pay $444.00 (when the port charges are $125.00 per person). The 7 day "free" getaway is you have to register with a deposit then pay $279.00 PLUS any resort fees, wifi, and parking charges for the resort that you pick. They can't give you a travel agent to tell you what resorts don't have resort fees until you "register" your certificate and pay up front. So much for false advertising.

If the promotional vacation offers that you received were presented to you as free by the merchant who provided you with our certificates we apologize for any misunderstanding of the program. We want to clarify that any deposit required to register your certificates is fully refundable at any point should you decide not to complete a booking. These programs do include travel taxes and fees required to take the promotional vacation and this information is printed directly on the certificate as our goal is to ensure that our guests have access to all of the important information about the promotional offer. The taxes and fees will only be collected at the time that you choose to complete a booking with one of our in-house travel agents. Please feel free to contact our customer service department directly at ************** for further assistance regarding your programs. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm PST.
