    Very unprofessional and low-quality business... Agent would ignore my calls, voicemails, and emails. it took me over a month to get some help in order to book a vacation. When I did speak with the agent, she was short and not helpful at all. She spoke to me like I'm bothering her. I had a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

    I had left 2 messages initially, so I was a little leery. However, once **** ***** called me, she totally alleviated any concerns I had. Very polite, kind and helpful. She got paperwork to me right away and everything was booked and ready to go quickly. **** exceeded my expectations and her enthusiasm was contagious! Thank you, ****!

    My husband and I started off a little bumpy with Odenza because we didnt really understand what our certificate offered or were very misinformed as to what it was offering. Unfortunately, the first ***** we spoke with wasnt a very great fit for us also. But when we spoke with *******, it all came together so beautifully. She answered all of our questions, was very patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best spot in the location we chose. We are so grateful to have been able to have had ******* be our *****. She is so kind and it is so evident that she truly cares about the people shes helping.

    I had an absolutely spectacular experience with ******* *****, Travel Advisor, from Odenza Vacations. Everything was seamless, and there were no hidden fees. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding, and it made my entire trip so enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate the transparency and honesty they provided throughout the booking process, which made a huge difference. I will definitely be doing business with Odenza again in the future and highly recommend them.
