    I redeemed a certificate from On My Way, Odenza helped me with air travel and a hotel booking! I worked with ******* ******, and I was able to get flights and hotels booked with ticket access and all reservation info in three days. What an amazing way to book a last-minute trip. Communication was obviously super easy; I look forward to the rest of our experience.

    Ive booked a couple of vacations with Odenza over the years. I received nothing but 5 star service. If you need help with your vacations reach out to ********** ******. WOW Odenza you have a star. I remember a couple of years ago, we had a resort booked in ******* during a holiday and this resort lost our booking. Everything was sold out, and some how ***** got us into the resort. This was a terrifying event as we just drove 8+ hours to get there with my small kids. I never really explained to you, how much you helped me and my family that day but thank you. I Spoke with ***** earlier this year and book another vacation, this went according to the plan but Thank you *****, keep up the great work.

    This is my second dealing with Odenza vacations and I was dealing with a gentleman name Kaushaul. From beginning to end, he was amazing!! Great communication and customer service, would definitely recommend. Thanks again Kaushaul for your help ??

    Please, Please read!! This will save you a heartache or headache. ***** you received a card in the mail to go and sit in a Travel Exhibit which is like a timeshare, okay understandable but when you call the number, they offer you a value of $980 for 2 round trip tickets within the continental ************* (not all 52 states either), and plus 2-nights stay. I ask was there any catch to this and they said oh no just set in the presentation and no obligation and you will get this offer plus $100 dinner voucher good at over ****** restaurants. Also, if you book today, we will give you $200 dinner voucher. Well, I booked the same day. Once presentation was over, I did get the email for both gifts, BUT what they don't tell you is that it's a nonrefundable ***** to activate the $200 dinner and then you activate it and find out you only get $25 at a time every 30 days for 8 months and will lose it if you don't use it. It does not roll over. Also you have to spend at least $50 or more before you can use the voucher, oh and make sure the restaurant will take it and make sure they are still open for business. So sad. Now for the tickets and hotel stay you have to pay another nonrefundable activation fee of $50 and when you activate this, you have to then give them a refundable $398 deposit before you can even talk to an agent about making reservations. This is just a scam from the total beginning. They lost me at this point. I have left a message and no has gotten back in touch with me. After reading other reviews it seems like you can't even get in touch to make a reservation. All I want is my ***** and my 50 dollars back. This should be told up front before you even make a decision to go to the Travel Exhibit.

    I won two vip tickets of my choice and when I got my email to register the certificate number I did but I had to pay a 50 deposit font know why , I got on to pick my two free vip tickets and it shows I have to pay for the tickets and I dont get them free , Im starting to think its a scam and I will never use or trust this comps ever again and will spread the word not to take their free gifts nor listen to them , unless Im giving my two free vip tickets to the event of my choice,
