    ***** was the most helpful and professional customer service rep I have ever talked to. She helped me set up my water in under 7 minutes. explained the process very well and assured me that my water would be running when we move in. Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen.

    I was extremely happy with the service I received from *** with Ca. SubMeters. I have two accounts with them and I was having trouble setting them up correctly and he went above and beyond making sure my accounts were just the way I wanted them. I haven't had service like that in a long time.

    I just called to have new service connected. There are a million things to take care of so I was worn out from the process. I spoke to *** and he was the nicest most understanding guy. He was incredibly helpful. He spoke in ******* clear language. He had a great attitude. He explained everything so I could understand exactly what the process was, how things were going to happen, and when my bill would be available. Can't thank him enough for being such a great part of the process. He made everything very, very easy. Thanks!
