      I ordered a shirt online and received it with the security tag still attached. This made the item unwearable for the event I bought it for, and I now have to go out of my way to visit a store just to have the tag removed. Customer support was unhelpful and only offered a 10% merchandise coupon, which doesnt make up for the inconvenience and wasted time. Extremely disappointed with the service.

      It didn't take long for me to ****** and see that one of the companies ******** uses to deliver their items, On ****, has a history of opening packages, stealing items, and then retaping the package. I ordered 15 items from ******** and 13 items were stolen and another box was placed inside the bag and the bag was retaped. An ******** representative is the one that pointed out that the package had been tampered with but ********, On Trac, nor my credit union, BECU, will cover the charges. They each point their finger to the other company. Disgusting. I'm out $200! ******** is my favorite clothing line and unfortunately this will impact my future purchases since I shop online due to the size I need not being stocked in stores. Why they would choose to continue to use On Trac to save a few bucks is just a prime example of corporate greed.

      This is for ********* Placed an order on May 25 so it would arrive way ahead of Fathers Day. It is now June 10 and when I called to see why I havent received my items I was told it is protocol to continue to wait until they can confirm the item is lost. I asked them to just process a new order and send it without charging me since I already paid or just refund me my money. They have my money and I have no product. Their response was that is not our protocol. I will no longer do business with ******** or Gap. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to stay away from this shady business.

      3 MAJOR ONLINE ORDERING ISUUES #1 I bought a bunch of things from GAP and returned 2 pairs of pants. I didn't like 1 pair, but the other was obviously irregular. The issue was so extreme I don't know how it was missed. The pants were marked correctly as small petite, but they were massive with a 37 inch waist (I measured). #2 I sent the return package back to GAP and they received it May 9. I spoke with GAP multiple times after this and different agents told me that GAP refunded my credit card $195.37 May 15. They told me to call my bank as it was a banking issue on their end. I called my bank 3 times and it wasn't. I requested a manager callback from GAP. No one called. May 29 a GAP agent major pay system issue on May 15 and they sent me an e-gift card refund instead of refunding my credit card in error! The agent said he'd cancel it and he initiated a case for my credit card refund saying it would take up to 10 business days (June 12). I realized it SHOULD NOT TAKE UP TO 10 BUS DAYS to refund me almost $200 due to their mistake. I called again June 5, and was escalated to ***** in ********************** who basically told me the same thing. He said they "couldn't expedite my refund because they were SO MANY other people waiting for refunds". He gave me $50 rewards (which I didn't ask for and don't care about), said he'd monitor the case (********) and call me when it went through or June 13 (which is a day later than the last agent said). #3 In the middle of all this, I received a different order containing pants and tank tops. I was still waiting for 1 pair of jeans to arrive from the order and when I looked online, realized they charged me for a pair of pants that they didn't send!! I called May 22 and the agent refunded the missing pants and my credit card was reimbursed within a couple days.I received irregulars, was charged for items not sent, and denied my refund for a full month as of today. NEVER SHOP AT GAP ONLINE!

      Their shipping is a scam. You can pay an extra fee for expedited shipping but thats not what they provide. They take your money and then provide the same free shipping to everyone.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Like many others, I placed an online order with ******** and despite the tracking information showing that all of my items were in the packages, the packages were missing 16 of the 29 items I ordered. I called to have the remaining items sent or to receive a refund, and was told I had to file a claim online. My claim was denied with no reasoning. They will not ship me the missing items or refund me for their cost, so I'm just out $130 with no solution. This is happening to a lot of people, so they are just scamming people out of money.

      This is not my first problem with BR/GAP. They have messed up my order and refused to do anything about it. They refuse to stand behind the carriers THEY use. When the carrier does not perform they wash their hands and refuse a refund or further help. The carrier refers you to GAP, GAP refers you to the carrier. I have been a loyal customer. I have given them benefit of the doubt, paid for list items in the past. Do yourself a favor. After the first incident of non-performance, do not give them any further business. They are horrible!

      ********/GAP refused to refund money for an order that they decided to send to a different address than on the order and now ******* Card US who has intentionally delays disputes so that they will fall outside of allowed time to dispute. I purchased four items from ******** on THE SAME ORDER and all items were to be sent to the SAME *** ACCESS POINT for pickup. The order was split in two and I waited until the second part of the order was available to pick up both at the same time. One of the orders was not there and it is very clear from the tracking number that I did not pick it. I called ******** twice (including from the parking lot of the *** store). I was told my item would be refunded both times. It was not and so I filed dispute with ******* who proceeded to ignore my request until the time frame for filing had passed. TWO SCAMMER COMPANIES WORKING IN ******.

      I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping at 2am. I immediately realized the shipping address was my old address. I went to the email link them gave me with my order number. To modify or cancel the order. The website gave instructions on how to do so and said I had 45-60 minutes to do this after an order was placed. I was within 5-10 min. The order detail page that they had me go to actual had no place to modify or change to order. I scoured the website for another solution and the only solution was to watch til 7am to contact customer service. I tried an online chat agent first. She basically told me she can put in a cancellation form and that when I received the item to return it to the store and I can repurchase. What!!! No I will not get the item because I don’t live there. She then said when not received I can put in that request and it would take time to process. I then had to call the customer support and while the lady was a bit more helpful. The simple fact that the website and instructions were misleading is the much larger problem. They should have resent my package because their website did not operate as they say it should. I ended up repurchasing them a second time and they just paid for the increase on the shipping. This is really bad business practice for such a big name company.

      Old Navy has a return policy on their website stating that returns can be made through Canada Post when in fact this is not true. You must now return to store or by UPS. We do not live near a store near a UPS store. If I would have known this, I would not have made my purchases. Buyer beware!!
