      I ordered 2 dress online and received my order not only late but both dress still have the plastic security tags attached!!! I spent hours trying to remove it and hurt myself so I contact customer service and request a printed return label to send to so I can return it. They refuse and said company policy do not send out printed return label to customer. I already told them the nearest store to me will be hours for driving so I need to return it by mail but I don't have a printer to print, they still refuse to send me the return label and demand me to drive hours to the store to have the plastic security tags remove from store. They are using overseas CS for online chat so they do not care how their customer felt.

      I made an in store purchase 7/5/22. I tried to return the item 7/15/22. It was worn once and had the hem come off. The clerk called up the manager, he took the item to the back for **** minutes, radioed the clerk he wouldn't take the item back. She asked for the item back to return to me. He walked through the check out area, dropped the item, and continued walking away without acknowledging me. She told me they couldn't return the item and to contact ********* I chatted with ******** online. They told me to contact 1800OLDNAVY. I called 1800OLDNAVY. They told me they can't help with in store purchases and the in store customer service was closed today. I talked to a manager who said while this manager's behavior is not what they support, they support his decision that it's normal wear and tear and his best idea is to go to a different store to try to return the item. I've been sent from store to website to call to manager, and back to a store without resolution of a clearly defective item.

      I spent 65 minutes speaking or TRYING to speak with CS agents in the Phillapeans- *********** and ***************- ENGLISH is not their strong point so i received NO HELP AND NO RESOLUTION! WHY is this still happening and why has GAP *** not been held up to standards?? why are US Veterans not offered this as a job over third world countries?? The poor kids that work at the ******** stores love this a much as I do! how about the 6 figure CES's getting off their a** and doing something for the customer and the employees!!!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE CORPRATE HIRE US CITIZENS FOR BARCLAYS CS

      Horrible CS. Would not recommend this business. STRICT 30 days return even if youve had Covid and unable to return. :/ zero exceptions.
