      **** into a store that is labeled gap and everything for sale in the store has gap tags and was told it was not a gap but a gap factory store. There is not a gap store. This is fraud

      I enjoy their clothes but they have shady shipping. I purchased the 3-5 day shipping and yet over taken days later still haven’t received my package. I feel this is unacceptable.

      Worst customer service. One of my items wasnt in the package as stated on the shipping confirmation email. I was advised to file a claim and was immediately rejected. This item was less than $10. Another package showed delivered but I never received it. I filed another claim and sure enough rejected. I called customer service and after much arguing they were finally able to connect me to someone in the claims department. This individual went on to accuse me of having several of these claims which is untrue. Sure because I have nothing better to do than file false claims for low cost things. Now I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.I will never shop at ******** again. They are nothing but thieves.

      I had placed an order under 1KW7PCH for a jacket and felt it was a bit too big. A couple weeks later, I wanted to order it in a smaller size and the price had increased. I reached out to customer service to see if they could price match into my surprise, they did! Great customer service.

      Never again. They sent the wrong item and refused to correct their error. Instead they expect me to take the time out of my day to return the incorrect item and then try to reorder what I originally wanted.

      I ordered an item October *******,the lost their item and never contacted me to let me know.When I contacted them I had to answer several forms before they looked over and got back to me..Now it November ******* and I still have not gotten my money back.Terrible customer service.If they had just contacted me and replaced the item...I would be happy..I will leave reviews everywhere.

      Missing item from my online purchase, submitted claim and was denied! Then waisted an hour of my life on the phone with these people telling me I had to dispute the charge with my bank as they refused to send the item or refund my money. You mean the same company I used to buy it, my ******** card?! And also that's theft, knowingly taking my money and not sending what I purchased. I asked for the ladies boss or a representative for the claims department and was denied over and over. Finally talked to a man in claims who magically was now available who refunded my money, then made me repurchase the item over the phone! Seriously?! Worst customer service EVER! Whoever is in charge needs some serious education, like call ANY OTHER COMPANY and they will teach you how to give better service than this! Cutting up my card I've had FOREVER and used ALOT, because I'm never giving them any of my money again!!!

      I placed an online order with ********* who Gap *** owns. There were two packages sent. In the one I've received so far there was supposed to be a sweater and a blazer, the bag that was sent was a tiny bag that had only the sweater in it. I reached out to customer service, was told that I would get an email and I'd have to do a claim. I explained I had a picture that Ontrac took when they left the bag on my front porch, it was of a tiny bag, there is NO way a blazer was ever included and according to the shipping label, the bag only weighed .76. But that didn't matter. I filled out the claim, waited days to find I was one of the lucky ones, my claim was approved. They didn't ask what I wanted, a refund or another blazer, they just issued the refund. So now I have a sweater that was supposed to go with the blazer but no blazer. I got the blazer on a good sale so if I want another one, I get to wait for a sale and hope they have my size and color. If you look at Trust Pilot and ********* you will see review after review with the same story as mine. ******** and Gap both are doing this to customers. But at least I got a refund, many do not. Gap *** has turned into an unethical, highly dysfunctional company with apparently dishonest or completely incompetent employees and I will never shop with any of their stores again. I will also be closing my ON credit card. It is a shame they have chosen to treat customers this way, I am sure we'll be seeing that they've closed a bunch of stores in the future, there is NO way they can continue to do business this way. What is happening to all of these retailers is no one's fault but their own.

      I ordered 4 items, a tshirt, a waffle knit longsleeve, an extra-small petite black coat and an identical medium petite black coat.The xs coat was missing I the box and someone has ripped open the clear bag of the size medium like as if they had checked the size, put it I the box, and assumed there was 2 coats in there when they went to double check.I called customer service and they put in a claim. My claim was denied. It was only when I recalled customer service that they told me I had to call my back and ask for a "Non-recieve of goods" to get my money back. They claim they can't just refund me due to privacy issues. However, I find it amusing that I had to call again after my denied claim that that's how I get my money back. ********.

      I placed a $200+ order containing 29 items. My order was split into 2 separate orders one package with 2 items the other containing the remaining 27 items. I received the package containing 2 items but not the large package. My tracking states it was delivered at 1130 pm on Oct ******* nothing was at my front or back door. I waited 3 days to file the claim and like everyone else my claim was instantly denied no proper investigation was done. I called customer service after being denied and was pretty much told I was Out of my order because the tracking say it was delivered. I try to explain to them I understand it say it was delivered but nothing was at my address. They informed me to contact the shipping company. I contacted the shipping company and was told I had to contact the merchant. I contacted the merchant and the same thing. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the supervisor will not except my call I have to deal with the claims department. And to file a claim with my bank. Not one time did the offer a better solution. So not only am I out of $200 I do t have my items purchased. This is very unprofessional of this company
