      Did not deliver my order because of undeliverable address. My address was correct. I had other GAP orders delivered to this address. When called about the order the customer service argued with me. Then told me item was out of stock. Whats happening to poor GAP?! So so sad. Use to be a good company. Sad to see it on its way out.

      **************** is a joke for Athleta. I have purchased multiple *********************** and been satisfied. I live over two hours from the closest store. I went on vacation in ***** ******* and purchased over $300 worth of items for my first experience shopping in store. I purchased the same pair of leggings in the same size I always have. I put them on prior to even being washed. As soon as I got to the gym I noticed a hole and a run in the buttocks area of the leggings. I called customer service and got told multiple times you have to return in store purchases, in store. After advising 3 different customer service reps it was impossible for me to return to ***** *******, which is 14 hours from my home, they gave me the store number and stated the store could provide a return shipping label for me to send them back to the original store. I called the ***** store and the manager advised she would try to get a return label emailed to me but she found this odd that customer service gave me that as my only option. So dont purchase in store if you dont live nearby. No chance of returning or getting a new item if yours was defective. The ***** manager was nice but doesnt make up for the fact that returning items that are defective is nearly impossible and they wont even send you a new pair to make up for your defective ones.

      Placed an order online. Received the wrong item. They let me know I needed to go to a Gap store to return it and receive a refund and then reorder the item I originally purchased. I let them know my closest store is an hour away each way. They told me they would need me to go to the nearest *** store then, which is also 35 minutes each way away. I asked them if I could just receive the $6 shirt instead of the time and gas for me to return the wrong item. They said absolutely not. After an hour conversation, a rude customer service representative, and them telling me theyll make a one time exception and give me a refund, but have marked on my account to NEVER allow another exception for me again, I do have a refund. I explained if it was my issue of not wanting the item or anything, I would understand completely the need to return it. But it was their error. **************** decided to be sarcastic and unhelpful. I still dont have the shirt I ordered and will now need to pay shipping again to receive the item I wanted.

      I placed an order since Sep 1 2022. Today is Thursday Sep 16 and still haven't received my order. The status has been changing and changing and still no items received. It says they usually ship 5 to 7 days its been 15 days.

      The receipt states you have 30 days to return items for a full REFUND but it does NOT state that absolutely NO options will be available to you after 30 days (i.e. exchanges, store credit.) So, not only will they not refund you after 30 days, but you'll be absolutely *** because they won't allow you to exchange your items OR give you store credit either. Also, anytime you attempt to return something they will run your license and your information is given to a third party company that either accepts or denies your return request. In-store management is useless because they hide behind the third party and say there is nothing they can do to override the third party. If you contact the third party, they hide behind ******************************** and say there is nothing they can do to override company policy. If you call the customer service phone number that is listed ON the ******** website, the representative who answers will tell you they can't help you because they are the customer service representatives for ONLINE sales only, so they can't help with in-store purchase customer service questions, NOR do they have the phone number for the in-store sales customer service. The whole process is designed to give customers the run-around. The whole process is designed to s**** you over. There is no accountability. It's shocking.

      Have been away from buying at the GAP for sometime due to their Skittles color palette usage. A recent store visit showed a promise in revisiting classic styles. But the cold attitude of employee and management in any capacity made me wonder if this Brand focused on customer growth and retention or just filling a gap of space in the mall...Better value style and satisfaction are found elsewhere...goodbye gap you used to be in the game.

      The Banana Republic store: The clothes and the stores are actually quite nice. This review is about the GAP's marketing. On 5 different occasions, I have unsubscribed from ALL of their emails, via their "unsubscribe link." I still continue to receive emails from them. This now is now harassment.

      Purchased two items, which did not fit and needed to be returned. Although the company has received the items, I still haven't gotten my refund after several days. **************** conveyed I needed to wait two weeks for the refund. Now they have the items they can resell, but they have not issued a refund. This is terrible business practices to say the least and I will not shop at ********* Gap, or Banana Republic anymore. I will also encourage everyone I know not to either.

      I placed an order with ******** and I failed to receive an item that I paid for. When I discovered this, I reached out to the company and their **************** representatives were not helpful at all. One of them was quite rude. On top of that, when I discovered they were not interested in making things right, they cancelled my credit card. The reason for canceling says at "consumer's request." I NEVER even once asked them to CANCEL my credit card. I am beyond disappointed in this company and the embarrassingly horrid customer service.

      Twice they have added shipping AFTER a purchase that qualified for free shipping. Im a rewards member and used PayPal and even though the transaction looked like shipping was free, Im the following emails they added $9 to my total. ?? The first time was back during the holidays 6 months ago. I believe it is a method Gap is using to fraudulently get customers money.
