      As someone who has been a loyal ***** customer for yearswith nearly a dozen 541 jeans and several denim jacketsI expected better. I placed an order on May 22nd specifically to wear at a Juneteenth celebration and Fathers Day event on June 15th. Knowing this, I ordered nearly a month in advance.The order was twice delayed with no proactive communication from Levis. After reaching out to customer service for help, I was met with rigid scripts, excuses about estimated dates, and zero flexibilityeven though the delay was on their end. I asked for expedited shipping for the remaining item (a jacket that still hadnt shipped by June 1st), and I was told no onenot even supervisorshad the ability to make it ******** a fellow customer support professional, I understand processes and limitations. But when a brand fails to meet its communicated delivery standards, the least it can do is own the mistake and offer some accommodation. ***** did not.For a brand Ive worn almost exclusively for years, this was incredibly disappointing. I urge ***** to reconsider how they empower agents and treat loyal customers.

      I updated my address in their website and they sent the package to the wrong address. As soon as I saw the address they were sending it to I went into My Orders to try and fix it, but there was a message saying it was still processing and to try later. It said that for 3 hours. Then when it was finally showing up, it said because more than an hour had passed I could no longer change it. I chatted with CS who said they couldnt fix it and I would have to contact the delivery service. When I contacted the delivery service they said ***** would have to call me fix it. It never got fixed and went to the wrong address. Levis CS was useless and just kept sending me canned responses. This is a billion dollar company and they cant mange basic e-commerce functionality?

      I sent in a warranty claim in May 2024 and I did not get a promo code until August 2024. I placed several orders and nearly all of them were cancelled BY LEVIS because the items were not available to ship. I used the promo code on 1 of the orders and they could not reissue the code and they were forced to send me a physical check which was not issued until the end of October 2024. I gave another chance and placed another order that was advertised as 30% off, but when the order went through, the discount was not applied. Levis fought with me on getting the advertised price applied. False advertising. They advised me to cancel the order and replace it so they could apply the sale price. Which I did, and then they lied. I placed ANOTHER order and levis advised my order would arrive 11/02/24, but the package was not delivered until 11/05/24. I did not get this package because I was out of the state (I advised levis I could provide ALL documentation for flights, rides, as well as ****** to verify my whereabouts during this time). ***** WILL NOT allow me to speak with a supervisor. Every time I call in, I get hung up on. I have waited days to speak with someone wand NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS REACHED BACK OUT TO ME!! The customer service is absolutely abysmal and it's EXTREMELY frustrating how worse its got since the new CEO has come on board. They have neglected me as a customer. I have no interest in shopping with them every again moving forward.

      Currently I am getting no where with the company because, i am trying to report fraud on my deceased fathers pension/401(k) plan. There is someone claiming to be The beneficiary of his retirement plan and it is completely false. I am the only living beneficiary to my father. And they will not help me in any manner. I will be seeking legal experts in this regards. I wish there was a better solution to this problem. I am completely concerned with the process this company has with verifying the proper documentations for these kind of situations.

      I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment my wife experienced at your ****** ******************** store located at ********************************, on the morning of 7/26/2024. My wife visited your store with the intention of purchasing three pairs of men's jeans for myself. She requested assistance from one of the associates regarding sizes. Since my wife is not fluent in English, the associate began to disrespect and give her a hard time because of the language barrier.My wife is a well-educated, professional, and polite 64-year-old woman who treats everyone with the utmost respect. However, the associate continued to discriminate against her, repeatedly stating, "We are in *******, and you should learn to talk English." Feeling disrespected and discriminated against, my wife asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, a person identifying themselves as the manager, named "Antuane or similar," echoed the same discriminatory remarks.This experience is deeply troubling and unacceptable. Discrimination of any kind should not be tolerated in any customer service environment. The treatment my wife received at your store reflects poorly on ****'s commitment to inclusivity and respect for all customers, regardless of their language proficiency.I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate actions be taken against the employees involved. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal apology to my wife for the disrespectful and discriminatory behavior she endured.I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.       I ordered 9 pairs of jeans online, then returned 8 pairs. They only refunded 1/2 of the money from my order. A couple months later I was reconciling my bank account and noticed this, chatted with their customer service and was promised a total refund, which appeared the next day. After reconciling my account the next month, I realized they had pulled out the refund and only given me a $50 refund instead of the $300 owed to me. I'm chatting with them online, once again trying to obtain my full refund. At this point it feels like customer service or the returns department are stealing the money instead of returning it to me hoping I won't notice.

      Famous 501 shrink to fit ************** have become wildly unreliable with regard to size. Same waist size of 33 vary as much a 6 comparing 9 pair of jeans that I currently wear. **************** number is not a us based contact and unwilling to provide a us based customer service or corporate customer service phone contact. I have been wearing the same brand for more than 30 years

      This business makes great clothes but has poor ethics when it comes to the customer. I had an item waiting in my cart while figuring out if my partner wanted and anything. When I went back in to purchase the sale had just ended and my item in the cart changed its price. As I understand theres a time limit you can have something in your cart this was mere hours after I last was looking. I called and messaged ***** asking if they would honor the listed price of the item that was there when I was on the site hours before. They refused so I never bought the item. Im not sure why they wouldnt honor the price advertised when I loaded the cart even with the sale ending in that time frame. That just seems like bad customer service, relations or whatever you wanna call it. Especially after calling and messaging to express interest in still trying to get the product. Just bad business

      Just purchased a pair if **** 501s made in ****** and find them of poor quality compared to previous purchases. Having worn ****s for 58 years, or more, I have found the buttons to be thin and sharp edged making it difficult to open the fly. The pant legs are baggy at nearly a quarter leg size larger as I can pinch over three inches of material flat behind my calves which equals 6-7 of extra material allowing jeans to be put on while wearing shoes. Other than that the material seems to be close to the same, or slightly thinner.

      WON'T LAST!!! I bought 3 pairs of jeans in 2023, and they all initially tore on the top inner corners of the back pockets, which then proceeded to tear completely!!!! In the past, they lasted a very long time, now the are junk and will not last!!!
