      I have been a loyal customer of ****'s for more than 40 years. I used to only wear 501's, but as I grew older I started buying 517 because I wear boots and the 501 style seemed to get more narrow in the legs ( didn't fit over the boots well). For Christmas this year I purchased 3 new pair of 517's 2 prewashed and one pair of black jeans. All were purchased in the same size and all 3 pair fit differently. Additionally, one of the blue prewashed pair, the seam on the right leg turns as you walk to the front of your leg. In the past I have had ****'s that did this and it drives me crazy as I'm always reaching down to twist it back. I have thought about trying to change to a different brand, but I have always worn ****** and pay the extra for what I thought were quality jeans. The standards have dropped significantly over the years and it's sad. As a consumer, you should be able to trust a company to have some sort of quality control process regardless of the country the product is made in. Might be time to bite the bullet and try to find a more quality replacement brand. Makes me sad.

      I will never buy anything from **** again ordered jeans on 24 November it's 3 December still no jeans.When I talked to ***** that had no clue

      Jeans priced over $100 should never shrink. They should be color fast so you can wash them with anything. I own jeans that were priced a lot less and were less finicky about care and wore a lot better than the **** jeans. I'll never buy another pair of ****'s. Bottom line I just donated over $100 to **** *******************

      Wow, look at all the other negative reviews! Mine is about false advertizing. ***** says sign up for an account and we will send you a promo code for 20% off your first purchase. Sign up and dont get a promo code, so I call customer service and am told it takes 24 hours. Next day there is still no promo code so I call again and am told it takes 48 hours. Day 4 there is still no promo code so I call again and am told it takes 3-5 business days! And the customer service guy wants to know the ticket numbers of my previous calls!!! Guess they just dont care.

      I have been wearing 505 jeans for about *********************************** seven pairs that are old and two that are within 5 years old. So I thought I would order a few more. So I ordered from Amazon online I got the pants within 2 days and the fabric is totally different. It has been cheapened. It doesn't feel like denim it feels like thin cotton. I doubt these jeans will last more than a year or two. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have been trying in vain to get a phone number for their corporate headquarters. I found about eight numbers and none of them will get me to an operator. They're actually hiding. I don't understand why their quality went down the tubes and I don't understand why we still buy the product.

      I have worn Levi ****************** jeans since I was a teenager. Now as an adult I will never buy anything **** ****************** ever again unless they replace my last 2 pair that ripped out and not in the seams either. The last 2 pair I bought ripped out after about 4-5 times wearing them. They didn't rip from the seams either, they ripped in the center of the fabric. But **** doesn't have anywhere that you can register a complaint. Goodbye ****'s. They now are equal to Wrangler jeans.

      The worst company!! Zero stars would be preferable. Ordered 3 pair and got an email that they were delayed. I then received one and tried to cancel the others. The sizing was not correct on the pair I did get so I sent them back. Still charged for all I never received my refund nor the other two that were delayed, and could not reach anyone after several attempts. In short, I am still working with my bank to retrieve my refund. NEVER AGAIN, will I order Levis from the company or otherwise.

      Bought 4 pair of short this year style 405. Very disappointing. About 8 weeks there are tears next to the right *********** right above the logo. Never buy them again going back to wrangle

      One time I ordered about $200 worth of stuff on sale. My order said processing for about 1 week. Then each item a belt (I never got), two pairs of shorts (one pair i never got) and jeans were all shipped in seperate packages out of all of those items a total of 5 i got 2! They all shipoed through private carriers?! So i'm like no updates? Some stuff I was able to track to a point. Other stuff still said it was waiting to be picked up by carrier? I'm like what is going on?! The explanation was it gets picked from different watehouses. So?! How is that my issue that a a huge company cuts corners by hiring carriers who don't track? Seems like a class action lawsuit if enough of these complaints happen. Not to mention they asked if i wanted to cancel ************ and fo free dcoress shipping? I'm like you said it shipped but wasn't updated? So i said no. I got one pair of shorts out of nowhere like 3 weeks later. Then i kid you not my jeans literally came in a dsmaged white like plastic ****** bag. Looked like it had been ran over and in the truck for months! It came 2 months later after I had been tefunded for it! ****'s is falling off bad for as much as they charge. Like who is in charge or shipping and logistics? We spend mad money and they don't offer discounts or anything? Like refund and offer like 20-30% off! They can obviously afford it! Take care of your customers and do better!

      I've been loyal to ****** since HS (40yo now) and have watched the quality of materials and craftsmanship steadily decline. My most recent purchase was only two months ago and already a belt loop pulled right out of the cheap material, leaving a whole. Filed a warranty claim with ****'s for the first time, only to have them say the jeans aren't defective and that 'normal wear and tear' caused the belt loop to detach. They gave me a $20 voucher, which is only 1/4 of the replacement cost, since ****'s have gotten ridiculously overpriced (especially the women's jeans). This is the last straw: after 25 years, I'm breaking up with *******
