      Have not received my exchange package and **** uses a service called Lasership which is awful. Both **** and Lasership have no customer service phone number to be able to contact and inquire other than some bogus tracking number that stays stagnate for weeks without getting any information as to the status of my delivery. Go on ****** website and there is no customer service contact number except **** options of no help to get a live person on the phone to help. Pretty sad that **** has gone to this level. Horrible service.

      Would have preferred not to leave any star rating---they don't deserve even 1 star. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans because my husband loves their jeans. Four days past the promised delivery date when order was placed only 1 pair was delivered. Now mind you it didn't take the company 4 days to grab that money from our account!!!!! But to get a refund it will take **** business days!!!! To get the 2nd pair (already paid for) it would take 6 business days!!!! Representative (*********** Live Chat) advised that she could request an express delivery but that wasn't a guarantee. Would not provide any name or number to be able to speak with anyone!!!! Thoroughly ****** about the situation but after reading the other reviews apparently I am not alone!!!! Don't know what can be done, if anything (other than never order from them again). So very FRUSTRATING and UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!!!!!

      The gold standard in horrible customer service! Its so bad, I believe they must actually TRY to make it bad as it couldnt happen by accident.

      The worst customer support ever. They make it beyond difficult to return items! What a dying brand they have no respect for their customers. The representative told me my return was , my problem!

      I placed an online order for 2 pairs of docker pants on 9/19/2022 and received an order confirmation that the order was being processed, on 9/21/2022 followed up and called dockers number to check status as to why my order hasn't shipped and rep said it would ship today and I would receive a shipping update via email. So I received no shipping email and called same number again on 9/22/2022 and wanted to cancel the order due to the fact the person lied on 9/21 of order being shipped and the person I spoke to said that I was not able to cancel order due to the ******** dockers warehouse is being updated and no manager is available to speak to about this order. This is a real crappy company, they entice you with sales online and once you place the online order you get screwed trying to get what you paid for. Don't Buy From This Company!

      I ordered two pair of jeans through this company on September 3, 2022 and spoke with a representative named ******. According to her each and every time you call you get a different person, but when she dismissed my issues without any resolution, I called a second time to speak with a supervisor about the location of my package, it was scheduled to arrive on the 9th but did not for whatever the reason was, then I received a message today on the 10th that my package was on the truck and out for delivery at 6:16 a.m. at 5:45 I checked again to see about the whereabouts of my package was, and saw that it was now a delivery exception, okay why, what happened cant say it was the weather because its 80 and sunny. I asked to speak with a supervisor and now I would have to wait 48 hours to speak with someone in charge which is ridiculous. The dismissal of all my questions reflects more customer service and needs to be reported.

      I have worn the "original 505 jeans since I was 14 years old.for some reason in I believe 2011 the design department decided they were going to redesign the 505 jeans and turn them into old man jeans.with all the different brands of jeans that **** offers I am dumbfounded why they could just have not left these jeans alone.if **** cared anything about their ********s they would read the reviews about the 505's.****,go to Amazon and read the reviews.no one,and I mean no one,likes what has been done to the 505's.i contact **** and they were very nice but no admission of ******** dissatisfaction.I'm 65 years old,have been a loyal **** ******** since a kid but I can assure you I will not buy any **** ******* until they resolve this issue and bring back the 505 that er all want!!!!!
