On Tuesday, March 14th I sent a request to IVYPAY to update my 1099K, which did not include ******** Feb, or March amounts in my 2022 tax reconciliation. I was told to wait 5 to 7 days, during which time I went into the app repeatedly to check. March 20, 2023 I was sent the exact same, incorrect 1099K which did not have ********** I reached out via email (only method of communicating) and offered to send them my corrected copy that I was filing with the **** I was told by their customer service that I had changed my address to my business, and that is why they sent me the same. I responded, five emails so far, that I never changed my business address, that when I went into the app to check the status of my 1099K the app requested my RESIDENTIAL address to verify my identity. Upon this prompt, I entered my residential address as they requested. At this point I called the company directly and left 2 voicemails, after the second voicemail I received an EMAIL asking if I really wanted them to call back? Later today when I tried to use the app to process payments for my therapy business, I realized they UNLINKED my business bank account and they have kept $398 of my earnings. Not to mention that I could not run any of the charges from today because I am afraid I will never see that money. When I attempted to RELINK my bank account (three times) it continued to lock me out. When I reached out (again) via phone and email I received one email back saying they suspect fraud on my account and that is why they locked me out!! IN this email suggest I relink my bank account. I called them and emailed them stating I have tried that (4 times now) and it will not relink. Now I have received no phone calls or emails since 3 PM EST.Initial Complaint

The date of transaction is 2/13/23. They have been holding on to funds that should have been released at this point. I am apart of a therapist group where there have been a plethora of issues with IVY PAY (IVY LABS) not releasing funds in. Timely fashion. T still says my deposit is on the way and it has been the time frame of when it should be released to my account. I have attempted email one representative Ive used before with no response and have sent an email to their support email while also completing a contact form on their website with no response. This is terrible that my funds have not been released to me and I am not able to receive any communication from anyone.Initial Complaint

This company is used to process payments for therapists. They have not processed a payment received, therefore, not following through on their service they offer. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. I've asked to phoned with no response.Initial Complaint

I have been using Ivy pay to collect copays for my business and have not gotten paid for over 3 weeks. I have made several attempts to reach someone through their apps, contacted their CEO and also posted all over social media in an attempt to gain someone's attention however I have not heard back. I am still waiting to hear back and owed over $5,000. My clients were all charged and I would appreciate if Ivy pay could release these funds.Initial Complaint

IVY PAY has been stealing my money for months. Even worse is, they've ghosted me in my attempts to get a response for help. They take an extra almost $9 from my account for some fake scam service they label as insurance assist every week.. I know this service is fake because others are dealing with this same ************ told IVY PAY to shut off whatever that is because I don't want that service. I've requested call backs, I've sent contact tickets, I've sent emails, asking for them to simply stop stealing money from me. They've ignored me every time I've asked & CONTINUE to take out this extra charge.. This is my 2nd complaint I'm making since they ignored the first one. I've now made my bank aware of this scam, I've spoken to other IVY PAY users about this, I'm continuing to send ticket requests & I definitely will not use IVY PAY for my own services in the future. I've seen others say they've considered taking legal ********** definitely can see why!! This is horrible. IVY PAY, speak up, I don't care if you ignore me by not responding to emails but at least stop those extra charges IMMEDIATELY!Initial Complaint

I began using ivy pay in October2023. When ******** my bank account, the money disappeared from the app. And no deposit was made into the linked account. This was nearly $1000 that has apparently vanished. I have contacted support through their email. Theres no customer support theres no phone number. Ive spoken to someone before but now that its a real issue, no one is replying or reaching out. Im afraid this app is scamming people out of thousands of dollars of hard earned money.Initial Complaint

Ivy Pay offers the option of sending superbills directly to insurance for a fee. So far several of my clients who has selected this option has reported that there is no evidence that their insurance is receiving the claims. Additionally, my clients have not been able to contact ivy pay to turn off this feature. I strongly believe that Ivy Pay is being dishonest about their fulfillment of this service.Initial Complaint

Starting in September, 2022, Ivy Pay has been taking $8.45 from my account every time I paid for therapy for what they claim to be an Insurance Assist feature.. I have asked numerous times to have this removed from my account, I've sent emails, contact tickets, & asked more than one time for a call (since they aren't responding via email). They are ignoring my requests because they want to continue to take money from me. So far, *** has removed close to $100 from my account without my consent. I need this feature to be removed my account immediately & I need a refund on the funds taken from me.Initial Complaint

Ivy Pay has been taking almost $9 from me every week which apparently was for their fake feature called, ************* assist .. it's obviously fake considering therapists know nothing about it until their client tells ********* doesn't say anything about it anywhere for them to read. I've been asking Ivy Pay to simply stop taking out that extra charge & to "shut off" their insurance assist festure on my account, immediately. It's been 2 months & all they do is ignore emails & as you know, there is no number to call. Considering their lack of communication with someone asking for something so simple, it's clear that they are pulling an illegal action of stealing money. Ivy Pay, .. I need to know how to turn off the random payments they charge me to supposedly send to insurance, a feature I don't want / need. I do not have the extra funds to be able to pay this random ********** don't care obviously. Completely ignoring my ************** is no number to call. Horrible.
