    Charged 4 times instead of 1. A refund was immediately requested. Correspondence over the next 9 days included IVY Pay blaming the bank, my provider, defamed my character by referring to me as confused. They assured me the refund was processed though my bank had no record of it. I am still waiting for $319.

    On 8/12/2022, I used IVY to charge a client for a session. Two weeks later, the money has not been deposited in my account. I have sent in three support requests. I received an automated reply to the first and waited reasonable amounts of time filing the next two requests to which I have received no response at all. Apparently these complaints are quite common with IVY Pay. Maybe there's a simple reason the deposit has not gone through, but I would have no idea as they simply do not communicate and appear to be content to just keep people's money without explanation. Their behavior is unquestionably unethical. At what point does it become illegal?

    I used Ivy Pay on 8/2/22 to charge a client $83 for an online psychotherapy visit. Ivy Pay advertises 24 hour transfers of money to my bank account by using their app, however that money never went into my bank account, and Ivy Pay is ignoring my complaints. They did send me one email on 8/5/22, stating they are "working on my issue", but haven't responded since then. The money has been removed from the client's bank account.

    I have been using Ivy Pay as a payment processor for my business. In January 2022 a client accidentally submitted a fraud claim on $2835 worth of charges as they did not recognize the line item being listed as Ivy rather than my name. The customer then reversed the fraud claim the very next day once it was realized. Amex sent the money back to Ivy in January. Ivy withdrew the funds in question from me and told me it would take several weeks to rectify. I spoke with Amex who asked to speak to Ivy to sort it out, but Ivy Pay refused for unclear reasons. The funds, which my customer paid, never came to me. It has now been over 6 months.Now, Ivy is not responding to any inquiries about this. The last I got any sort of response from them was on April 21st. They have ignored no fewer than 10 emails I have sent to both individuals and their general support account. They do not have a phone number at which they can be reached. I see they have many complaints against them for completely ignoring their clients when there are issues with payments.Bottom line, my customer has paid several thousand dollars. I paid taxes on this income. Ivy seems to be holding the money and unprofessionally making themselves completely unreachable.

    I signed up for IvyPay in 5/22. I have charges over 1k and have not received a dime. My clients all report that they have been charged but I have not received a single deposit. I have contacted them via the app or email over a dozen times and have received no response.

    I have not received my payments from this credit card processing service for over a week. I have submitted multiple requests for support and am no one has gotten back to me.

    IVYPAY promised to address a client chargeback and I sent them several pieces of proof that this charge was valid. Despite several emails, phone calls, and attempted follow *** on my end, no one has gotten back to me at all. I am now out $150 for their inability to conduct business.
