    I sign up with *** of April of 2023 and was told I would get my money at the end of one year it's now more than one year and I have not recieve my money every time I email as there is no phone number to talk with anyone am being told over 2 months now to wait 3 to 5 business days. They refuse to give me my money please help me I send dozens of email but the same answer 3 to 5 business days

    I have had and still have an ava ****** builder account that is still active ..I woke up this morning to equifax stating that *** has fallen off my ****** report causing my score to drop ..I have not canceled this account it is still active I am still paying on it and would like to keep it ..why has this fallen off my equifax report ??? Also this needs to be fixed and put back on immediately My account is still active

    I signed up with *** to help my credit. in October of 23 I changed my bank account and because it was a joint account *** did not support it and I was unable to pay the monthly fee. I then tried to link new debit card to pay and the app continuously tried to charge the old card. i emailed CS numerous times and got no help. I then tried to close the account and it never closed. A month later I got late payment reported on my credit. I then emailed *** again said this account should be closed and they reported another late payment before finally closing. They continue to file late payment after they admitted account closure even. They then said I'd get my initial loan payment of $21 returned. I told them they cannot return to bank account on file because it's closed. They did it anyway. A month later they email me saying that they couldn't do anything until they see the return. Few weeks later I get an email asking if I'd like a PayPal or venmo payment and they'd submit funds AS SOON as they received response. It's not been four days since they confirmed they got my Venmo info still nothing after repeated emails and calls. I've continued to ask them to remove late fees since it wasn't my fault there app didn't support my banking method and they reported payments when account was closed. They say they can't remove. I warn anyone stay away this is worst company I've ever dealt with. Theb only time I even get a response it's at like 2-4am est. When they even do respond. I will be seeking damages in court now since they refuse to pay me back or fix the late payments that have destroyed my credit 100 points! Attached are email correspondence.

    I came across the Ava Finance app that claims to help you build your credit if you pay ***** for a years service of credit building. So I paid the ***** for the year. Then I start receiving emails that I m 30 days late on my payments, then 60 days late on my payments etc. So I responded to the email and told them I don't owe them anything and that I paid for a years service and that's it. They responded with give them some time to look at my account and they will get back to me. They finally email me back and said that I signed up for the years service as well as the savings plan which is what I am 120 days late on. I told them no I did not sign up for the savings plan and to cancel it and remove the negative **** on my credit. They don't respond. Then a month later I get an email that I am 120 days late on my payments. Once again I contact them and tell them that I don't owe them anything the service I got was already paid for and that I told them to cancel that savings plan I didn't sign up for it. They refused to cancel the savings plan, instead they went in and cancelled the credit building plan that I had already paid for which tremendously hurt my credit score, then on top of that they **** me derogatory on my credit report for the savings plan as 120 days late which hurt my credit score even more!! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SAVINGS PLAN EVER!!! I TOLD THEM THAT AGAIN AND THEY RESPONDED WITH YES *** DID WERE NOT REMOVING IT OFF YOUR CREDIT!! THIS IS INSANE!! I want them to remove the negative re**** off my credit and reopen the credit builder account that I paid for. They promised to help me raise my credit score but they damaged it instead and are lying about me opening a savings plan with them!

    Within the last several weeks, Ava Finance reported payment my credit report in accurately. I contacted them by phone number by email to resolve situation. They did not provide me any if there was a late payment. But I supported my claim that I never missed a payment through their company. I emailed SUPPORT and was spoken to very rudely by one of their representatives, telling me that overtime if I keep making on-time payments, my credit card will go up. This is not about a credit score. This is about their systems faulty app. Now my credit history is ruined as Im trying to build it because they have accurately reported a late payment and they have the ability to fix but refusing to help me. This needs to be addressed and fixed by this company immediately. Am pursuing legal action against them.

    I'm deeply troubled by the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, leading to inaccuracies in my report. This has caused immense financial and emotional distress. Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy. Additionally, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 prohibits furnishing accounts without my written instructions. Moreover, under 15 USC **** B, late treatment of payments on my account is prohibited.Please rectify these inaccuracies promptly to alleviate the distress caused. My account number is ******************. I trust you'll address this matter in accordance with the law and ensure accurate reporting going forward.

    i am not liable for this debt with AVA finance. I do not have a contract with this company trying to falsely charge and report this to my credit report. they also have no provided me with the original contract.

    Remove this account for inaccurate reporting because the date of the last payment missing, and account reporting. I am writing to file a formal complaint against **** a company that has been inaccurately reporting information about my credit accounts, which has resulted in late payment notifications affecting my credit score. I believe this action is in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), specifically, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(b).Under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(b), furnishers of information to credit reporting agencies are required by law to provide accurate and complete information, as well as to investigate and correct any disputed information in a timely manner. ***** failure to adhere to these legal obligations is of serious concern.I believe that ***'s actions have violated not only the **** but other relevant laws, including:The Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. **** et seq., which requires lenders to provide accurate information about loan terms, including payment schedules and interest rates.The ****************** Protection Act (CFPA), 12 U.S.C. **** et seq., which empowers consumers to be treated fairly and reasonably by financial institutions. I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter thoroughly and takes appropriate action against *** in line with the law. I am seeking the following remedies:Immediate correction of the inaccurate information on my credit report by ****** investigation into ***** practices to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable federal laws. Compensation for any damages or losses I may have incurred due to the inaccurate reporting, such as higher interest rates or credit denials.
