    I have used this service for the past year and until recently they have been have major technical issues and refuse to contact customers about concerns. I have used the same banking account with them since signing up and they system has unlinked from my bank, wont allow another form of payment to used and wont call you no matter how many times you request a call. I have to talk to a chat bot and get email responses late at night. No one picks up there phones. Ever. Horrible last week for me.

    I mistakenly signed up for this account and for the credit card, I was able to cancel my subscription and account for **********************, but they claim they dont do refunds for some reason, I need my money back, but they refused to give me all my money back unfortunately.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ava Finance LLC regarding the presence of inaccurate information on my credit report and an unauthorized inquiry, both of which have negatively impacted my credit score.Upon reviewing my credit report from TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, I discovered several items reported by the Ava Finance LLC that are inaccurate. These inaccuracies do not reflect my financial activities and have unfairly damaged my credit rating. Furthermore, there is an inquiry from Ava Finance LLC on my credit report that I did not authorize. This unauthorized inquiry constitutes a breach of my privacy and has further harmed my credit standing. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically sections 611 [15 U.S.C. 1681i] and 604 [15 U.S.C. 1681b], consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information and must provide authorization for inquiries.To resolve these issues, I have contacted the Ava Finance LLC to dispute the inaccuracies and unauthorized inquiry. Despite providing evidence and documentation to support my claims, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I have also filed a dispute with the credit bureaus, but the inaccurate items remain on my report.I request that TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian immediately correct the inaccurate information on my credit report and remove the unauthorized inquiry. Additionally, I seek a formal written apology and confirmation that corrective actions have been taken to prevent similar issues in the future.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.     I have late payments from AVA FINANCE **** on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payment

    In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act ************* account number *************************, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1666B: A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purposes have not received a response yet I feel like in being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611(a). It is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 60 days so they should be deleted promptly.Update the attached late payments as PAID AS AGREED, as it is causing severe depression and I will obtain an FDCPA lawyer to *** for all possible damages this has costs if needed.

    This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit.
