      I invested in MinimalCompany's MinimalPhone through Indiegogo. Indiegogo has acknowledged that the manufacturing for this MinimalCompany project is complete and that shipping is underway, but in reality, less than 1% of the backers have received their shipments. Indiegogo takes a fee, acts as an intermediary between MinimalCompany and backers, and has an obligation to oversee MinimalCompany but is not fulfilling it. I sent an email to Indiegogo asking them to take responsibility, but they didn't even reply. On the contrary, after my inquiry, this project was somehow terminated. I also requested Indiegogo to delete messages on the forum defining this issue that contain slander against me, but this has also been ignored. Indiegogo has repeatedly caused similar problems, so they do not disclose their address. Their URL is *************************************.

      acilitated and has claimed impunity in hosting a $1.5 million dollar fraudulent campaign on their crowdfunding site. (***** Flluid: World's Longest Range E-bike) They released the campaign money to the $4384 without verification that the campaign owners were ready to ship their product which locked the contributors out from any refunds. 16 months of lies, delays, and obfuscation from the campaign owners and the Fuelll filed for CH& bankruptcy. ***** had never been ready to ship the orders and had never establish an e-bike frame maker after 16 months! Indiegogo had allowedFuell to fraudulently represent on their monitored site that our orders were guaranteed. No credit card refunds were allowed because 120 days had passed. 598 backers are out over $4000 for each e-bike that they ordered.

      I supported a campaign back in April 2022 from Indiegogo, for a product that was supposed to be delivered in December 2022. Since then the campaign of the company has been delayed over and over again and the product has not been shipped. Then, on Thanksgiving day, the company said due to the possibility of new tariffs, they would not be shipping the product they promised, but gave us an option of a accepting a different voltage of this new product, or they would be sending us an older, and now discontinued product that they sold over 5 years ago. I chose the new model with the different voltage. Then the company said this wasnt an option, so we would either have to accept this old discontinued model (that I already own), or we would forfeit our money.This is a clear bait and switch.I reached out to Indiegogo for help on several occasions, but after one or two replies, they went radio silent. I would either like a full refund plus interest, as I paid for this product over ***** days ago, or I want the new model ********, they said they couldnt make the new product with the correct voltage, however, it is currently for sale on their website, so they have flat out lied to us again. I was able to go on the site and purchase it at the full price amount, but they refuse to deliver it.

      On December 30, 2024 I launched a crowdfunding campaign to support my small business through an unexpected move. On January 6, 2025 a customer made a contribution to the campaign. On January 7, ****************************** citing an unexpected up-charge on their statement. They donated $150 and there was an additional $30 tacked on. The customer thought it was an ********************** fee and they felt that 20% was exorbitant. I agreed and informed them that I was the ONLY one who should be subject to fees from Indiegogo. After some investigation, I found that Indiegogo adds an "Indiegogo Tip" at checkout that defaults to 20%. This charges goes to them, not to the campaign and the the donor has to go through a 3-step process to remove it. It is also not clear to donors that the charge is optional. I immediately (also on January 7) reached out to Indiegogo to inquire whether a refund issued to the donor would include the unauthorized tip. I have yet to receive a response despite following up with them and the refund window is about to close. I understand that the donor can simply dispute the charge with their bank and get their money back, but this is unethical behavior on the part of Indiegogo and it throws the credibility of everyone running campaigns on their platform into question. I would like a response and explanation from Indiegogo, and they need to include a CLEAR option at checkout that allows donors to EASILY opt out of the tipping charge.

      ************************** site, crowdfunding. On November 5, 2022, I back a project called Subic. It cost $408.00. they raised over $800,000 from backers. The company that had this product was Purrit. Since then no product, no updates, and no refunds. In November 2024 they started another Project on *********** with the Scubic we were supposed to get. All they did was to put a couple new add-ons to it. Still getting the run around from them.

      I bought an item they listed. Turns out it was a scam, where the vendors took the money, closed up shop, and ran. Indiegogo told me to deal with the vendor, and gave me two emails to use, both of which were nonworking. I trusted them to be a good and responsible business. Now I think they did not practice due diligence, were sloppy handling my money, and did not stand behind their products. I do feel cheated and think I am due refund. I will not deal with them again.

      In October i reached out to Indiegogo to assist me with a campaign on their platform. I purchased smart rings that were never delivered from **** wearables. **** wearables has violated the terms stated terms on the Indiegogo platform and has failed to deliver the product and refuses to refund me. Indiegogo has failed to step in and insist that **** wearables provide me a refund. Indiegogo continues to allow this fraud to take place on their platform and provides no accountability to their customers.

      June 21 2023 i backed ***** ***** comic on IndieGogo ****************************************************************************************** it says it was delivered on July 30th 2024 but i never got it, **** may have sent it to my old address, i have looked three times through my books and do not have it and i keep track of all my online orders with a notepad on my PC. I have it listed as never got. Someone is accountable for my order and i want my book. Either ***** or Indiegogo or *****
