      I purchased a bundle pack of 2 UV lights for $559 on 6-25-23 from Indiegogo/******** and it said the item would ship ship in September. I have not received any e-mails from them nor have I been contacted at all. I have tried to contact them via e-mail and it is impossible to do so. It keeps directing you to do this and do that, which is absolutely ridiculous.i have my e-mail receipt of what i purchased and the UTuber who received their product and I purchased this based on her recommendation. I do not believe the UTuber is a fraud just the company.I would like assistance to have my money refunded back to me and to have you list this company as not reliable or trustworthy.

      I invoke my rights under Indiegogo's Terms of Use:"Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any Backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill."This is my formal request for a full refund of my pledge amount. I do not wish to wait any longer for delivery or updates on my product. I demand a full refund for my pledge amount immediately.Contribution ID: ****. Contribution date: June 17, 2019.Attempts were made to resolve this issue with the campaign and Indiegogo. According to Indiegogo this campaign is under review but nothing has been resolved. No shipment and no refunds, which is why I'm filing a complaint now.

      Indiegogo provides no protection to their backers. They classify all money pledged to their campaigns as a donation even though that money goes to invest the development of a product. At the same time people who run the campaigns can lie about how far along they are in their development process to give the illusion of progress and lead on their backers and potential backers, which is what happened to me. They also do not respond to any messages sent to them through their contact support page, simply marking any message you send them as solved with not even an accompanying message on the ticket thread or email notification even though they send an email notification on ticket creation.One of their campaigners, ***************** blatantly lied to backers about the production status of their product the Astro Slide 5G. It was based of their false updates that I decided to contribute to their product. I contributed on March 14, 2022. Their previous update before my contribution, on March 9, 2022, said production was on-going and that units were being shipped. However they have since said in their most current update (July 18, 2023) that during 2022 that only a few devices were ever made and that their ODM was both taken over and moved production to a different facility. None of that was ever made aware to backers, both those who had already contributed and those who hadn't, at the time that it had happened. It was those lies that had made me choose to contribute to the company and it was their lack of checking for proof that allowed them to get away with it.

      We are absolutely astonished by what ******** is taking out of our hard working campaign. THIRTEEN (13) PERCENT from a $6200 campaign. We are only getting back $5400. Seriously??? They are taking out $800.00 DOLLARS??? for platform fees, processing fees, reserved funds (which I have NO idea what that is).This is SCAM behavior. We would have *********** with ************ or Kickstarter.

      Date of transaction - January 11, 2023 Amount of the transaction - $545 Contribution ID - **** The Campaigner is to provide - a Scubic litterbox, coating wipes, and a Scubic mat The nature of the complaint - I have repeatedly tried to contact the campaigner to see if it would be possible to get a refund. I asked Indiegogo for assistance since the Campaigner was unresponsive. They gave me the contact information and then said they were not able to provide any additional assistance. On their site, you can see that this Campaigner has been unresponsive with numerous contributors and although Indiegogo is aware of the problem, they have not shut down this campaign to prevent them from receiving further funds.This item was advertised on *********

      To whom it may concern,I utilized the Indiegogo platform in order to find the production of my new album. I asked contributors to pay in advance, and pay additional fees to help me regulate an insurmountable debt with the German tax office. I raised just over **** euros and have been requesting payment for almost a month now. I have been in constant contact with my bank Wise and they have provided any and all account information required to transfer funds to my account from any bank in the world. Indiegogo.com support has been replying only once every 5 days and answering none of the questions asked by myself or representives or my banking institution Wise.com they have delayed the production of my album, caused enormous undo stress to me personally and created a situation where I will have to pay additional financial penalties. They provide no real time support by email, chat, social media channels, or phone. They have been collecting interest on my money for nearly 4 weeks now ans my patience is at an end. If you can please help me to find a solution to this case I would greatly appreciate it.Kind regards ***************************

      On January 30th I signed up to hold a spot to get a ******** on indiegogo and waited. Seen ****** was taken from my account March 14th. Assuming I am to receive product in July. About July 21st started looking into when it is to ship as that is sons birthday and a gift. I find out they charged me but say they didn't and say didn't go through. Bank statement says otherwise. They won't do anything to fix this. Only contact is by email. Disappointed that got ripped off from supporting a startup I have sent all data and information as requested and get no response
