I invested on Indiegogo with a company called Fuze Card. The company never filled their obligation to provide a product for a successfully funded project. **** has ignored all contact for many months. Its last update was over a year ago. Ive been trying to get Indiegogo to uphold their policy yet they are also ignoring all support requests via email and social media. Indiegogos TOS specifically states the following. Indiegogos Terms of Service:Project creators are obliged to fulfil all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund all backers whose rewards they do not or cannot fulfil.******************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

Paid $859 on November 26, 2022 for a promised Wowcat E-bike. Indiegogo evidently did not initially vette or subsequently investigate this campaigner, who has now managed to put off delivery after collecting and absconding with all proceeds. Indiegogo has refused to answer questions about it supposed protection plan and investigation team, not just ignoring any queries from me or others.Initial Complaint

Indiegogo presented a client whom offered a product (Rocket Bike). Several emails sent every few months shows the company is a scam. This information was forwarded to IndieGoGo by many backers of the campaign. Now the campaign has been closed and per IndieGoGo policy if the campaign items are not fulfilled a full refund is due. The company Rocket Bike out of *******, *************** and Indiegogo (***) have committed wire fraud and Indiegogo is complicit in the transaction as it offers no assistant to refund the $2.3M dollars forwarded by Indiegogo to Rocket Bike. Also note the campaigned was dragged on from 2020 and finally closed May 2023, thus the policy stated by IndieGoGo is inacted based off the May 2023 close date (completion of fraud).I believe this falls under the less then 12-month BBB requirements. -Submitted on 5/10/23 -Complaint Narrative: **** stated that he is a member of the online crowdfunding website, Indiegogo. On May 13th, 2021, **** made a purchase through Indiegogo for a tent from a company called Crua Outdoors for $2,349. The estimated delivery for the tent was September 2021. **** was then informed by **** Outdoors that he would not be receiving his tent and that they had returned his money to Indiegogo for a refund. Indiegogo has told Crua Outdoors that **** has been refunded when **** has never received the funds back into his account. **** stated that he has contacted his bank and there are some "codes" showing up on his account, but they are not related to his Mastercard. **** has contacted Crua Outdoors numerous times to try and resolve the issue. Crua Outdoors has ceased contact with **** and claimed that **** had threatened them when he stated that he would like a refund, or he would be reporting the situation to the proper authorities.Sincerely,Consumer ****************************** of ********* Engagement *****************************Initial Complaint

I contributed to ******************** bike crowdfunding on 10/21/2020, with a delivery date in December 2020/January 2021. Since, they have resigned the product, not given sufficient updates to backers, and refuse to give refunds. This bike was purchased during the pandemic. I no longer want this bike. They have grossly misrepresented the product and the timeline. The product was supposed to ship two years ago, and now the status states production isn't even complete. In the April 2022 update is stated production was complete. Now it states production is just starting. They are lying, they aren't delivering a product, and they are refusing to refund.IndieGoGo has yet to respond to my complaints about ******************** and honor their own code of ethics and Terms of Service:Project creators must fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund all backers whose rewards they do not or cannot fulfillThis is my formal request for a full refund of the pledged amount. I do not want to wait any longer for delivery or updates for my product. I therefore request a full refund of my amount. I reiterate, refund is the long overdue.
