      Scan artists. Had almost 10 charges on my credit card from this company. I never even heard of this place before seeing it on my credit card bill. I tried to rectify problem and found that each charge was 'connected' to a different email address (none of which were mine). Tried several ways to contact the company, there is no way to do so however UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Find that intertesting since they can just put charges onto a credit card and then never be held accountable. STAY FAR AWAY

      The are fraudulently stealing money from my finacial account! I cannot log in to this supposid dropbox account that is linked to my card nor do I know what email was used or anything about it. I call and call with no help... I am only told to go to an online portion and file a cancellation request. I CAN NOT GET A REPLY I attached all info reguading the card and trasaction info they need to track on their end and never get a reply. I cannot cancel services they bill me every month. My credit card company has tried blocking them and they still process the card. *** tried canceling the card and getting new numbers and it still charges my card. Ive been dealing with dispute after dispute for a year now. They wont close the account i have no one to contact and no way to close the account. I am at my wits end and I am now going to close my Longest open line of credit to stop this horrible company. I run my own company this is nothing more than a means to rob people knowing most dont catch it and most dont have time to deal with it and eat the 12 bucks monthly. I hope and pray that an attorney files a class action lawsuit so many people would be in it. Drop box you ****

      minus 5 stars. This company billed me for 8 months, $33 a month with no notification that they were taking monthly payments out of my checking account. I only noticed after I didn't recognize Formswift deducting a monthly payment that I did not recognize. I believe this to be an unethical practice since other companies notify monthly when deducting money from my account. I wish action could be taken against this company since many others have filed the same complaint.

      Negative 5 stars. I actually can't believe this company is allowed to remain in business. The other abysmal reviews here and on Reddit show me that this company treats all "customers" like absolute trash. I pay $1800/yearly for a Dropbox subscription which Dropbox disabled, and they will not respond to a single customer support inquiry I've submitted via email, chatbot, and website form. I cannot get in touch with a human, because (since they've locked me out) they don't believe I'm a paying customer worthy of time. This has been a months-long battle.

      This company is deceptive and has been charging me for a while without my noticing because I had "canceled" my paid subscription. Not a large amount but enough to be a burden for most people. I tried to cancel again and they make you take so many steps that it's very difficult to "downgrade" and then "cancel" your subcription. There is no phone number to call for help and no obvious way to cancel. They are terrible.

      I accidentally mistyped part of my email on signup and my account was created. Since the email address wasnt correct I couldnt access the core features of my account or complete the 2 factor authentication. However, they took my money just fine - so I have a paid for account I cant access.ADVICE #1 dont allow people to setup accounts or take their money without verifying their email address first.ADVICE #2 if youre requiring 2 factor authentication allow clients to use a phone number/text as well as an email address.ADVICE #3 when your customer service scores are this bad at least try to improve it and get better. Youre a multibillion $ company surely youre not a bunch of idiots? Listening to customer advice/feedback and correcting broken systems isnt rocket science.CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE: Impossible to talk to a live person about a problem. You just get phone trees that direct you to an online form or chat bot. When you try their support email you get a response every couple of days. So, getting the most basic set of questions answered takes a week - and at the end of the week you come to realize the person youve been emailing cant help you. So, you get passed off to another person who asks the exact same questions, with the exact same copy/pasted phrases the previous support person used. Its a never ending loop of wasted tech support time and customer time, and meanwhile its been 2 weeks and I am no closer to accessing my account.Its shocking ********************** wastes any money whatsoever on their existing customer support teams - they are doing nothing but killing the company reputation and creating more disgruntled customers who leave their service. When your customer support team consistently causes customers to leave your service youre doing something tragically wrong.

      Dropbox uses very deceptive business practices and goes out of their way to make it as difficult as possible for users to cancel their subscription. They intentionally make the cancelation option difficult to find while prominently displaying options to upgrade. While trying to find the cancel option users are redirected to a Help page instead of the cancelation page. The Help page instructions are innacurate and do not match the actual webpage functionality. When a user finally locates the cancel option there are no less than three prompts asking the user if they are sure they really want to cancel, again prominently displaying upgrade options over the cancel option. This tactic should be ILLEGAL and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

      I first purchased Dropbox Plus, 2 TB on 09/24/2022 as an upgrade from Dropbox Basic, 2 GB because I take Many photos and some videos. I have the transaction number if the company needs it. I paid $127.08 on 09/24/2022 and again (with my automatic credit card renewal on file) on either 09/23/2023 or 09/24/2023. I can call my credit card company if you need the exact date and transaction number. Apparently, I have not been getting what I paid for because in the fall of 2023, I received several emails stating my storage space was full and that I needed to upgrade to 2 TB with a special offer for $119 yearly. I already paid for my yearly upgrade in 2023. I pay more now, even more than the current special offer; with services I am not receiving! I have tried Repeatedly to contact a live person through their website and customer service number with NO live person to assist me. Each attempt takes me in circles with promotions to upgrade, equaling dead ends. I would like to keep Dropbox but I need a human being to figure out what happened to my account I've paid for, but not receiving products for. I hope you are able to help me with this frustrating matter. I know with Premium support, you can get a live person. I don't have Premium. I have a real issue here that cannot be solved without a live person to access my account and find where the error lays.

      ZERO STARS!!! I can not get into my drop box. you can not speak to anyone, they do not answer their phone, if you can chat with sales, they refuse to help you get in contact with anyone. I have a ticket open, spoke to **** a few times by email. Then totally ghosted. Have been repeatedly sending emails to the support with no response from anyone. Every time I try to log in, it says it is sending me a 6 digit code. Never goes to my email. I can not access any help links because as soon as I do.... it says it is going to send me a 6 digit code. Explained I need those photos for a court case. Contacting the *** to file a complaint, leaving this review, and hopefully I can speak to the judge about getting a subpoena to get me into my account to access the photos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      @Dropbox locked me out of my account 72 hours ago.no contact, no explanation. After an email exchange with a support team - theyve yet to resolve this issue and my business had been completely crippled for 3 days. Brutal.Stated that the content I was creating on their Dropbox Paper platform was malware.I create custom pageantry productions - I use Dropbox paper documents as brainstorming devices. I post ******* links, SoundCloud links, Spotify links, and ****** links throughout the documents.Insanity to me.
