      THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. It intentionally makes it impossible to cancel, I imagine to hope to get income while victimized customers spend days, weeks, trying to cancel a service that is horrible. On Jan 7, **** I signed up for a monthly FREE TRIAL, not be billed for 30 days, if I wanted to use the storage system. I never used the storage system, it did not work when I tried to save photos, so just used an external hard drive. THEN, same day 1/7/24, I tried to cancel the FREE TRIAL. There was NO website site page that had any link for me to cancel. I had to contact customer service which seems to be a CHATBOT, that directed me to THE COMMUNITY website for customer support, which listed instructions on how to cancel, but the instructions were wrong, I believe intentionally. I checked every link in my account looking for a way to cancel. I sent multiple emails daily for about 2 weeks, to their customer support service, asking to please cancel my FREE TRIAL. The automated response would not cancel, and happily referred me back to THE COMMUNITY instructions. I read so many recent reviews of people like me complaining about the same problem trying to cancel before getting billed, with no success. I spend two weeks then I called their number and it says (we don't monitor this number please send an email to customer support.) So even the number is a fraud. I believe again it is intentional. Today, is the 30th day, since I tried to cancel, and I saw a pending charge of $21 in my **************** account. I also got emails for the last week and today telling me that since I did not cancel within 30 days I will be billed monthly. Even the number DROPBOX gave **************** is a fraud. I called and it responded same message, "we dont monitor this number, email customer support.) ***************************. This is fraud, I will tell my credit card company to reverse the charges, but this is a horrible SCAM company.

      Horrible Business! I had a free account, and they started auto billing me a monthly fee. I didn't notice for a year. I tried to get ahold of someone, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER Service people. They have an automated queue that keeps putting you in a repetitive cycle.WILL NEVER USE FOR MY BUSINESS... ENJOY MY $300 you stole from me...

      Dropbox has the worst customer service -/ which means they have zero customer service!!! I have been paying for years after dozens of attempts to cancel. They make it nearly impossible to navigate through the process and you cant talk to anyone. A whole lotta BS. I hope they get their butts sued by a class action lawsuit.

      Dropbox will not let me cancel my "free" subscription. They have been on my computer for two years with many annoying messages about upgrading. I had to search for 25 minutes to get to a chatbox with customer service which has gone unanswered. I forgot the password AND THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO REPLACE/CHANGE MY PASSWORD. They don't deserve any stars, but 1 star is the lowest.

      We have had an account with ********************** for 10+ years. I no longer need it, so I logged in and went to Settings (where you have to find the Delete option) and have deleted the account several times. Now we got an email today, saying we UPGRADED!! We have NOT upgraded!! They plan to charge my husband's account withe $199 for the upgrade! We called the credit institution and they can't block the charge from the account. So I am formally filing an account against **********************. They purposely arrange their website, to hide the Delete option; someone there must have "UPGRADED'" our account, because we did not. They have sent emails offering promotions but I have deleted them without opening the emails.

      Agreed to a free trial, then tried to cancel it before the 30 days were up. Searched online for instructions. Found several but none of them worked. Tried their chat line. Not a real person. Was routed back to online instructions which did not work. Called ******** services. Rep wanted date of birth, email, phone number, address, and all sorts of confidential information which seemed to be unnecessary. Told me he needed to verify all this information. Seemed like he did not have it and was phishing. I don't recall giving them any of this personal info up front when I agreed to the free trial. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all busy. Rep then told me he would need to charge me $3.95 to cancel the subscription. Everything about this company seemed very suspicious so I hung up before giving out all the personal info he wanted. If I get charged for a subscription at the end of the 30 days I will refuse to pay it. But I suppose that this will be another big runaround. Would give zero stars but one was the lowest choice.

      Dropbox team - PLEASE hear this message. I started using Dropbox at work about 10-12 years ago and loved it - very intuitive UI made it fast to navigate. I don't know what happened but your UI is horrible now. I work in tech, including with Product designers, UX/UI and even I have trouble navigating it these days. I spent 10 minutes trying to get to my account info and couldn't for the life of me find how. Google searches told me to look for my "avatar" in the upper right or the little gray circle. There is no gray circle! It appears white and blends in with the white background on the rest of the page. I only found it by accidentally clicking around and somehow ended up clicking on the right thing. I wouldn't be surprised if people and companies are leaving Dropbox solely because of the UI - because the UI is not intuitive, you lose a lot of time trying to navigate it, resulting in precious time taken away from higher priority work items. Take a lesson from Google Drive or even your UI from 10 years ago - please. This poor user experience could be killing your business.
