      My card has been charged since 2023 $70 per month and I cannot get it canceled. I rarely use docusign. When I do I lay per use? I cannot cancel because they have no record of me. Its ridiculous. We will see if the bank will donanuthing about it. Its been charged on an account that I never use. So I just noticed it becaeu I was looking for something else. Its the only charge on that account since 2023.

      I used DocuSign for a youth event to capture parent waiver signatures. I had a monthly account, and was a customer for two years. I was recently charged $799 for charges I don't fully understand, didn't authorize and for services I did not need. In order to dispute the charge and find out what it was regarding, I had to call the sales phone number since there is only automated support for customers. The sales person helped me find a backend route to speak to a support team member. I don't recommend this company, have canceled my account and am using a different service provider.

      Have spent an hour trying to cancel my yearly subscription. No live person to talk todirections given do NOT work. Have tried everything possible. Shady practice trying to make it so difficult to cancel.

      ************************** HAS DESIGNED ITS WEBSITE, SO YOU CAN'T EASILY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN I SAW A PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE I DIALED IT, HOWEVER IT'S ONLY FOR UPGRADING YOUR DOCUSIGN ACCOUNT, NOT FOR CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT, WHICH MEANS YOU CAN TALK TO A HUMAN BEING IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY, BUT THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND NOT PAY THEM THEIR MONTHLY FEES. WHEN I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF AN EMPLOYEE HE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND, WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T FIND WHAT HE'S DESCRIBING ON THE WEBSITE, HE HUNG UP ON ME. THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION, THERE IS NO EASY BUTTON TO PRESS TO CANCEL, THERE IS NOTHING. IT'S DESIGNED TO CLEARLY CREATE PROBLEMS FOR THE USERS SO THEY CAN'T CANCEL AND ************************** MAKES MORE MONEY. I GOT CAUGHT ON THIS WEBSITE ONLY BECAUSE MY BROKERAGE FIRM WANTED DOCUMENTS SIGNED THRU **************************, NOW I'M REGRETTING DOING BUSINESS WITH THE BROKERAGE FIRM BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT PROBLEMS THEY ARE CREATING FOR PEOPLE.       Awful experience and scammed on a contract. Worked with *** ****** and **** ******. Nobody answers the phone either. say they will respond but they dont. Dragged his feet to avoid any potential cancellation possibilities. Then I get "I am all booked for the day, then I am out of town. There is nothing I can do". You are the Regional VP and I've been your client to YEARS. No loyalty from them, none from us. Awful experience. **** ****** has no customer skills and *** ****** was no help.

      This company has absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! My paid account was randomly "suspended" with no explanation. When I was finally able to start a "Ticket" for customer service, it took 3 days for a response and the rep had no idea what was going on. Said that he would call me back and never did. I reached out to ***** ******, their CRO thru ********, got a basic response saying she would have her team work in it immediately. I have heard nothing... Here I am 4 days later with overdue real estate documents and no access to my account. Thanks Docusign!!

      They make it so difficult to get ahold of an agent. Giving you the run around for you to click on multiple links on their website on how to be able to cancel your account. I thought I had cancelled my account, but turns out I somehow had it on 2 emails. I reached out today to get my money back after 6 months of not using it and they told me that they weren't required to provide me any refunds. So disappointed.

      Business conduct is extremely disappointing for a company built on trust. I loved the product but had ongoing issues with them charging my card without any prior notification. Basically they are thieves once they latch onto your payment information. They force you to enroll in an automated renewal, and even though I hadn't used the service for the prior paid year, they charged my card again for another full year. I had contacted them the year prior and complained about the unannounced and unauthorized charges to my card. They upcharged again without notification. I am disputing through my credit card company. Apparently you are supposed to know you renewal date and contact them prior. Their support people are disappointing and basically worthless. Obviously they have latched onto the stupidity of the American culture. Negative stars.

      Like other reviews, I wanted to cancel my yearly plan and when I called they told me that I could only cancel before the renewal. The day of my renewal is when I tried to cancel and I thought I did it, only to realize that it canceled next year's renewal, and not this years. I called to tell them and they said that because I am a recurring customer they cannot give me a refund and that only new customers can cancel within 30 days for a refund. This is very frustrating because I have no need for Docusign and I cannot even get a partial refund. I have been a customer for a bit over 2 years and this is just so upsetting.
