      **************** would love to join in on class action lawsuit. They had been charging me as a 5 user instead of a 1. I contacted them and received a reply on July 7, 2022 that I had been changed to a 1 seat and would be charged for that on my next billing cycle. I just received notice that my subscription had expired. I tried to renew on Monday October 31, 2022 which said I was a 1 user and that for two years it would be $300.00. I clicked renew, filled out my credit card information and they invoiced me for $1,500.00 for 5 users. I screen shot my plan where it showed 1 user, called them immediately to stop the payment of $1,500.00. The lady assured me she would take care of this and send me an email immediately of what she was going to do and that my money would be back in my account within ***** hrs.. That did not happen. I still have not received an email or my money. Called back today, had to sign something to downgrade my product to free and then wanted me to sign that I would not dispute the amount they were going to put back in my account. I put I would not dispute the $1,500.00 that they put back in my account due to fraudulent activity. Now I am told it may be ***** days to get my money back that they were notified within **** minutes to refund. Very bad customer service and horrible business practice. I thought I was paying $300.00 for the two years for 1 user but instead they charged me for 5 users and $1,500.00. If I could give negative stars, I would.

      Same exact experience as many others on here -- Signed up for a paid account, paid DocuSign over $1,000, decided to cancel 20 minutes later and requested a refund. 2 weeks later they are insisting my business email them "We do not dispute any charges" before they will issue a refund. We're not going to do that, and they can't treat customers like this. Who is DocuSign, the mob? Any other businesses interested in joining a class action lawsuit?
