I purchased a 2 seat $600 DocuSign... I was set up for automatic renewal and was billed for another year of $600 2 seat (200 tickets) in September of 2024. I contacted DocuSign asking to cancel the account and get a refund for a prorated amount. I was denied, but then after pleading my case of only needing about 10 sends a year, one of their *************************** said they could refund 1 seat and downgrade me (assuming I'd get downgraded to 1 seat (100 sends). Instead I was refunded for a prorated 1 seat ($292.61) and downgraded to a "Freemium" account which means I have 3 sends a year. DocuSign essentially robbed me of 1 seat. I had 2, I was refunded for 1, and dropped to 0 seats... this doesn't make sense and I need DocuSign to fix this ASAP.

I suggest that if you want to cancel your membership, look on the Better Business Bureau and get a phone number. I did that tonight to cancel a membership that my 85 year old mother had accidently signed up for. I did get an email that said the membership was canceled and a refund would be coming. I will wait and check her account to confirm but at least I have an email that I can use stating that it is canceled.

The docusign website is misleading and fraudlent. I received a document to sign but the site would not let me sign it without purchasing a plan. I had no intention of purchasing a plan. The website wound not verify me at first. I got around that then I was blocked from viewing and signing the document unless I purchased a plan. All of the fees were pre-paid by the sender so there was no reason for me to purchase a plan.I tried to log in again to cancel the plan but the system had not saved the password I created. I tried to reset the password but the system did not send an email with the ******* took an absurd amount of time to get a phone number to call for customer service. The agent informed me that in fact I did not need to purchase a plan to sign the document, It was clear that the agent was well versed in this specific issue indicating a pattern of misleading information on the website.I would give a negative score had this been an option.

I am a California State Realtor, Docusign kept telling me I needed purchase more signing envelopes and upgrade my plan. After charging me 3 times for a full years subscription. I then received a call from the company saying that they did not realize I was a realtor despite the fact that I gave them my DRE Number. I once again gave them all my information and now I have no access to this acct. ******************** is requesting I pay again if I want to use product.

I called DocuSign today to alert them that a online a company was using there firm name to commit. Credit card fraud . A young lady answered. Her response was "Okay" She did not request any information and only hung up on me after the Okay response. I highly recommend to all people who are dealing with DocuSign either as a company paying for their service or a customer of a company using their service do not use it. I will not use it to sign documents and will terminate any company that works with Docusign because if they do not care about fraud then any company that uses Docusign puts my information at risk.My one star rating is because minus 5 stars is not possible

I have used Docusign for about 15 years. They were fine until about two years ago when they stopped providing telephone support. I contacted them a few days ago to cancel my subscription. I cannot tell you the number of times in that call I advised that my account was coming up for renewal and I wanted to be certain they did not process the fees for renewal. I was assured repeatedly they heard me loud and clear. I checked the next day to discover that they had of course charged my card for another full year. When I called to seek my refund the service clerk hung up on me and never called back. When I called back again I was told my refund would take about two weeks to process. This is absolute garbage. Quick to take your money and not the least bit happy to provide customers with real live support. I wont be going back. When I need assistance I dont have time to wait for an online resolution. I need live help to expedite service as my clients expect me to be there when they need me. If efficiency in a tech crisis is what you need Docusign should not be the service provider you hire.

I am unable to reach an individual to review our account. I have submitted cases only to get a response saying that they are wrong department and can't help me and to submit another case. I have submitted 3 support cases. I tried using their bot, which with every avenue to try and reach a representative, end with is ending the chat and requesting me to submit a support case. I finally found a phone number through ****** and called. They of course were not able to help me. They also stated that they were unfortunately unable to provide me with ANY way to contact a representative at DocuSign who could assist me. I asked for a phone number, email or any way to connect with ANY REPRESENTATIVE at DocuSign who could discuss my plan/subscription and billing. I was told, "Unfortunately, we don't have that information." I asked to be escalated to a manager - Julprets | Docusign Customer Support - She could not help me either. She did provide me with 2 email addresses to our account representatives - ************************* and *********************** at DocuSign. We are unable to resolve our issue and DocuSign doesn't care and refuses to provide any way to contact them to review and resolve issues with our account. We will continue to work towards a resolution but it seems bleak based on the interface and interactions with "Customer Support" as they refer to themselves. If anyone can help us please let me know.

They make it so easy to sign up and yet SO HARD TO CANCEL. They make you speak to TWO different representatives, provide account number, billing address, last four of your credit card, and then make you provide WRITTEN APPROVAL. Such scammer behavior. Never signing up again.

I have been using DocuSign for our small business as we need guests to fill out a form for the resort that we own a short term rental at. The service was working well until I upgraded it on 5/3/24. Since then, guests are saying they do not receive an email from DocuSign. They don't have it in their junk folders either. I tried to chat with support to get a resolution and they wanted the guest to whitelist their from email address which I can't ask a guest to do. There should be so many hoops to jump through to get a simple email sent. I also asked if there was a way to send them a link and they couldn't figure out what I was saying. I just wanted a link I could put in a note on Airbnb or in an email so they could get to the document. I had to cancel the account and open an account with a different service that does have a link that we can send to guests to fill out the form. My problem is, I've paid $233.91 for a yearly service I started in January (1/14/24). And have only used 5 months of. I'd like at least the upgrade refunded ($125.91 paid on 5/3/24). As I can't use the service, it's literally not working.
