      Even though I marked unsubsidized for free trial I was charged $72 repeatedly on my debit card that was used in the transaction for which Docusign offered their services. When the $72 payment was declined by my bank they locked the account so I could not pull it back up. This happened with 2 other accounts when I did not realize it was Docusign- just thinking it was part of the requirements for the site I was using. Now have no access to any of those sites.

      Very disappointed. An extra seat was opened unknown to me. I was charged double for my yearly renewal. I called right away and they canceled the extra seat. They said I would get a refund. I never received that refund. Ive emailed several times and all I get back is they are looking into it. Still no refund.

      Docusign is the worst! They are totally unethical and they will rip you off. I had a problem with the last year charging me with three different accounts. Finally, got them closed and receive a refund. Now, one year later, I look at my bank account and they have withdrawn $329.25 out of my bank account. I called them, and the response I received from them is that the account was cancelled and that it was a free account. They told me I had to dispute with my bank, and my bank tells me I cannot dispute because the amount has already posted to my account. My bank account is now withdrawn. See below the response I received. Case Number: ******** Hello *****, Thank you for contacting DocuSign Customer Support. My name is **** and I'll be taking over this case.This is to inform you that the account has been successfully cancelled. Please be informed that you may file a dispute with your bank since there's no amount that was processed on this account as it was a free account.This case will now be ****ed as pending closure, giving you up to 12 days to respond. 2 days after the first reminder, a second one will be generated 5 days later. When the 12-day **** is reached, the system will automatically close the case. An agent evaluation survey will be sent to your email once the case is closed. Best regards, **** | DocuSign Customer Support ************************** This is unacceptable. I need my money refunded back.

      Great for needing quick signatures on documents. It is pulling teeth to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I put in my request for a refund last week and they denied it as I do not have the same credit card anymore. This was canceled last year and they still charge my account.

      This is the most poorly managed company I have ever done business with. The goal is to scam you into using their service, then charge you erroneously until you submit. I cannot stress this enough that you should avoid doing business with them at all times. In order to cancel your subscription they make you write them an email and then they do not respond to the email, therefore trying to avoid giving you your own money back in time.

      If I could give them negative stars, I would. On February 28th, 2023 I went to send out an envelope - we were already 50 over our limit (which I did not realize at the time), and they prompted me to buy more envelopes for $1.90. Within 5 minutes, we received an email saying that we were going to be charged $960 THE FOLLOWING DAY because we upgraded to 200 envelopes and 2 seats, despite the fact that I was not notified before accepting the $1.90 charge. After hours of speaking to multiple reps and constantly "disconnected", I was told that if we got charged the $960 rather than our $480, we would get a refund right away if we called in to dispute. We were charged, and after another round of hoops to talk to someone with a BRAIN, we were told our refund would be processed. I was out of work for a week due to having surgery, and when I returned no refund had been processed. I reached out to the representative I was working with and he stated the refund was being processed and we would see it shortly. For 6 weeks, I emailed, requested phone calls directly from the case and also commented on the case. All of my correspondence was ignored. I spoke to another representative named **** who said it would be taken care of as she was submitting the dispute to finance. Never heard back from her. Just spoke to another person from DocuSign who said it would be sent to finance and he will call me later today to confirm. Not hopeful. This company is a joke. I hope their representatives make less than minimum wage the way they work.

      They are so wonderful when it comes to signing you up-- they give you a dedicated sales person with an email address, etc. When it comes time to cancel though, they make it literally impossible. I called three months ago to cancel my account and was told that because I am billed annually they cannot do anything until my anniversary. Tomorrow is my next billing date. I went online today, and I cannot change my plan on the website because it's a "corporate account." I chatted with an agent who could not help me because I need to call tech support. I called tech support who also could not help me, and told me I had to submit a case through the customer support link on the website, which I just did. It's completely ridiculous and a scam. This is all intended for people to sign up and forget about it, and never be able to cancel. I just called my credit card company to tell them to block all charges from Docusign. I actually really enjoyed the service when I needed it, and was going to consider using it again in the future, but this experience has left such a terrible taste in my mouth, I will never use them again. Such a terrible way to handle customers, it's incredible.

      Let me tell you HOW GRATEFUL I am that they only are causing me grief over $383.76, thus far. There are other reviews here that are thousands! Feb 2021, I was checking out their service, but I never got an email to on board or establish the account with them. I thought I had dropped the ball and ditched the idea. The charges got past me for 2021 and 2022. This year, my business has changed, and the expense really stood out. On Feb 10th, I signed into my personal free docusign account, the one I use, the only one I have in my password manager. There is no subscription information. It's a free account. I try my business emails, no valid account found. I was persistent in my search over these Docusign charges which is no easy feat. Their site navigation is NOT convenient. I contacted their support team, they validated the charges via the credit card number and we got stuck because I couldn't find where I found my free account number and the support "timed out".At some point between the 10th of February and today, the 15th I have a support rep who is at least checking on this and applied a ticket number. They have NOT tried to stop charging my card, and today was a horrible experience with a phone support person who hung up on me after an hour and a half of her being wrong in telling me the charges to my credit card so aggressively attempting to go through, were declining because Its a free account. No, they were declining because I lowered my limit. Finally, that support rep, who got me a ticket number, emailed me assuring me that she's working on it. I came across these reviews and they represent the worst of the worst the tech world has to offer. Shocking for a company trusted to validate signatures. After reading these reviews I am hoping that support rep comes through. You got to keep an eye on this company!

      The worst customer service I have ever talked to. I could not understand the person at all. When I asked for a supervisor or an english speaking person, I was hung up on. So I called back, hoping to get a person that I could understand. In the meantime, I received an email from you wanting my phone number which I would gladly give you. But the email was a "do not reply"?!? So how was I supposed to get my number to you????? I am so frustrated....I am only tryng to add a signature but it keeps defaulting to another signature. I even removed all signatures except the one I need and it still defaulted to the wrong person. This has been going on now for about 48 hours. Is there no one there can can help that speaks english?
