    They are a joke it said I had a phone in my hand I was holding a book its says your speeding when your not they watch you when your off duty living in your truck getting undressed sleeping having private calls with your wife its out of control

    Extremely frustrated with the customer service. Was tricked into signing a 3 year contract just to start a 30 day trial period. I corresponded several times over the course of the 30 days and was only able to install 3 of the 9 units they sent as I never received the correct adapters to fit my equipment. I spoke with my salesmen before the 30 day return deadline and he said to not worry about the 30 day as he was still working on the correct adapters. I finally decided on the 37th day of my "trial" period to cancel and said everything back as I was going with another vendor. I have never been able to connect with the salesmen since and have called customer service numerous times. I am only told I signed a contract and there is nothing they can do about it and there is no manager I can speak to. They want me to pay $1,600/year for 3 years for products that I never was able to install and do not use. Extremely unprofessional on all fronts and frustrated to say the least.

    I am very disappointed in Samsara service. I feel I was suckered into a 36 month contract by a coercive sales rep. ***** 1 year I asked for a early termination for financial reasons. Despite the situation, Samsara refused to offer a early termination or partial refund of any kind. It's very disheartening to see a company with such a lack of understanding and no compassion for their customers. I strongly advise others to consider more affordable and customer-friendly tracking service providers and stay away from Samsara. Run from this company and save your hard-earned money! There equipment is ok at best and hasn't work properly most of the time. All of the battery powered units quit working when we had below freezing temps and had to all be reset. I always have communication errors on the installed equipment with only 60% of mine working at the moment. I bought 16 units up front and installed 8 of the battery powered units. I was so disappointed in how they work that I did not install any of the other 8 powered units. They are still setting in the shelf after 12 months new in the box.

    Absolutely awful customer service and support!! We have been dealing with a billing issue since July of 2023 an issue created by Samsara billing. It has taken them almost 3 months to get a resolution. During this time our service has been suspended 5 times because of negligent errors on their end. They refuse to make things right and each time our account is suspended its a 2-3 days process in getting it reactivated. The communication is terrible, it takes 2-3 days for a response from anyone and the managers do not call you back. We are a fleet of 30 trucks and I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. For what we pay for tracking, it should not be like this. **************** should be a priority and outmost importance. Their telematics are 2nd to none. Their customer service is the worst customer service I have experienced across the industry. If you are looking for service go else where. Their Dashboard is great however the way they treat and support their customers is absolute garbage.

    I requested an early termination back in Jan/2023, it was accepted. but not completed, due to always missing information on no information provided at all. after 6 months I follow up since I notice the bill keep coming for all the devices. until today this issue has not been resolved and since time has pass most of the devices contracts have been fulfilled. Now I'm ask to pa in full for somethin schedule for early termination, I have request in several times to get this escalated with a supervisor, but I get the same answer "a ticket will be created an someone will contact you"I have plead for someone to provide the service and handle the situation, but I only get emails that payment has to be made in full.

    Samsara's product is one of the best in the fleet management. Their telematics are 2nd to none.Their customer service is the worst customer service I have experienced across any industry. I have had multiple changes in account managers. When you are looking for help, and you can not get a human, their webpage is not helpful. My company experienced fraud and had to change bank accounts and all direct withdraw monthly payments across several vendors. Samsara is the only one where it's been weeks to get help after the website which we guided to be 2x via emails (no human again) did not work. Finally ***************************** from their Capital Finance (3rd party) sent me an ACH form. However, in the meantime we received a $900 charge that we asking for help on what it was for. ******* couldn't help here as his ***** is only monthly billing. After several emails, and even ******* pushing our behalf over at the Samsara chain we got one phone call to the office. We returned the call, we left a voicemail and texted the number as well. No response after several days. It's exhausting trying to get answers, and resolve accounts problems with Samsara. Be aware.

    I'm extremely disappointed with Samsara. I prepaid for 3 years of ELD service at $1399, only to have my business close within 4-5 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite the situation, Samsara refused to offer a partial refund out of good faith. It's disheartening to see a company lack understanding and compassion for their customers. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Samsara and consider more affordable and customer-friendly ELD service providers. Run from this company and save your hard-earned money!

    Stay away from them horrible company. Their contract is deceptive on purpose stating yearly renewal but they have on 36 months. When I asked sales representative. She said yearly renewal which it never worked for my business. Then they came up by saying it's 3 years. Be very careful. Do not sign their contract.
