This GLP-1 compound did not work for me. I did everything they asked, and still weighed my 200lbs after 4 months. I reached out to them after several months letting them know I was not losing any weight and if I should increase the dose since it was such a minimal amount. Very very low dosing:Weeks 1-4: 0.2mg Weeks 5-8: 0.4mg Weeks 9-12: 0.6mg Weeks *****: 0.8mg *************** said they do not typically prescribe at this low of dosage unless there are side effects. They would only refund me $990 out of $1980 dollars because they shipped me a 6 month supply to start. I told them I have 2 ***** that haven't been used and I did not want a 6 month supply to start. They replied that they are not taking back the ***** and I will not get any more money back. So, for anyone who reads this, beware that you will be out the cost of what ever they ship to you, no matter if it works or not. This is not cheap and was a huge waste of money for me. I only tried it after all the great things I've heard about GLP-1 results. I would not trust that Hims and Hers medication will work like the name brands such as ******, etc. Very disappointing company, and NO results.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This company is purposely keeping the dosing very low so that time runs out to dispute it with your credit card company. The low dosing was not working for me and I told them this. I should not have to pay for a product that does not work at all. And pay for 2 ***** of unused product when my ** tells me to quit taking it because this should have started doing something by now. This company only shows they are greedy and not in it to help people lose weight. If I knew what I know now, I would have paid for name brands to get results. Do not trust Hims and Hers for your weight loss injections. I am proof that it doesn't work and they will keep your money.

I purchased weight loss medication, and the price I was quoted was not what they charged me. Their wording was quite misleading. When I saw the amount withdrawn from my account, I immediately called the company for clarification, and they confirmed that the charged price was indeed what had been taken out. I then proceeded to cancel the order, and they informed me it would take 5 to 10 business days for a ********* I approached the 10-day **** without a refund, I called for a follow-up. During that conversation, they acknowledged that my account was canceled, but they had never processed my refund. After speaking with a supervisor, they finally initiated the refund, but now I must wait another 5 to 10 business days. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. This company makes it exceedingly difficult for customers to resolve issues. Im relieved I was able to get in touch with them; had I not followed up, I would have been left waiting for an even longer time without knowing the status of my refund.Business Response

I received my medication on April 24. It had a document stating my provider included 20 dissolvable ****** tablets at no additional cost but they were not in my package. I consulted the provider to told me to contact customer, which I did, and who to date has not responded -- 18 days later.Business Response

Yes I received an email apologizing for the "confusion and inconvenience," but no solution. I was told one thing - with the documentation provided by your compan -- that the medication was provided in the package at no additional charge (which it was not), and am now being told another - that you are not providing it. The inconsistency, lack of organization in a point of contact when I initiated with a provider, was directed to customer care, who sent never responded, then when I got a an automated follow up on the app the provider somewhat followed up, though not with my exact concern, then no one really answered me until I filed a bbb complaint. After filing the bbb complaint I heard from both the provider, who then pointed me back to emailing a photo to customer service and customer service pointed me back to the provider. Confusion and inconvenience are and understatement.

On March 12th, at around 4 in the morning, I had subscribed to Hims for assistance in hair care, after I made the purchase I thought better on myself, and cancelled it, and attempted to get a refund as not even 1 hour had passed between time of purchase, and cancellation. I attempted to call Hims but was redirected by an automated bot to "**************************", they have no email listed easily accessible on their site, or contact information either, so I am lodging a complaint in order to have the issue resolvedBusiness Response

Transaction occurred Sunday, May 11th and the subscription was cancelled. The idea was to compare costs and understand the products being offered before making a full commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with Hims has been deeply unsatisfactory, as the product I received caused harm to my health, and I did not receive the support I needed to address this issue.Despite reaching out for assistance, I found the support provided by Hims to be inadequate, leaving my concerns unresolved. The product not only failed to deliver the expected benefits but also negatively impacted my well-being, causing significant distress. As outlined in your Terms and Conditions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Hims discretion. Given the health-related harm I experienced and the lack of effective support, I believe this situation warrants a full refund.

Had a subscription for $395 for medication for hair regrowth. Prior to renewal of subscription - 3 weeks reached out to the company to cancel the subscription.
