      After experiencing a terrible allergic reaction (muscle spasms) to the Hims product after taking only two (2) doses. Happened the first time and wanted to make sure it was actually the Hims product and it was. I immediately cancelled the subscription on February 22, 2025. There was a 60 day money back guarantee that was more than met since it occurred in two days. There was supposed to be a refund issued immediately. Didnt happen. The cancellation was confirmed on February 22, 2025 and is shown in the attached jpeg. The Hims representative stating he/she were going to contact the provider / case manager and let them know. This was not done because I received more product and was erroneously charged with another upcoming charge in July 2025.Hims needs to reimburse me for the full amount of $177 x 2 = $354.00 in total.

      Ive recently been swung into a subscription model after trying to get a free consultation, I was charged 175 the next morning, not to my knowledge and instantly canceled, on the same hour, but hims has refused to refund, even after not actually receiving a product and or having a ongoing active subscription

      I originally canceled my subscription (which was almost impossible to accomplish) back in September 24 due to unwanted side effects with the medication. I reinstalled the app and wanted to research a different med, after discussing with medical provider, i was told to see a real doctor to discuss possible serious medical issues.I closed the app and didn't think anymore of it until I saw a $150 charge on my credit charge on the next statement. I did not authorize it (obviously based on the previous paragraph) When I finally figured out how to contact customer support, they told me because I didn't "cancel" within 48 hours I couldn't get a refund.Attached is a screenshot of a fraudulent text that I didn't write stating I wanted to continue my treatment. It appeared after I deleted the app from my phone.

      May 8th I was billed $690 for a Hers prescription. I was then told I would be prescribed a certain medication kit. The site stated it was being processed, but the money was taken out right away after purchase. I then was contacted by provider ****** ******, Nurse Practitioner NPI #********** stating that my medication was on hold at the pharmacy due to I had reported I am allergic to cobalt. I only stated that, due to it came up on a skin patch testing many years ago, as one very tiny hive. I report this to all providers, just in case, not because it is a concern of mine or has ever been a medical issue. In the past, my allergist asked if I consume cobalt, which it is found in foods/ b12 supps. I had stated to my allergist I did in fact eat the foods as well as take a vitamin b12 supplement daily, which was/ is in my medical chart by all of my providers. I had asked the meaning behind the tiny cobalt reaction, and my allergist stated it doesnt appear to be a strong reaction. If anything it would take a significant amount consumed by me to even see a larger reaction, he then stated that would be physically impossible for me to consume that much food that contains cobalt in one sitting, etc. I have taken b12 for decades and have consumed foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, cereals, green vegetables, daily my entire life and have never had a reaction to foods or supps - ever. Then once I had expressed my frustration with the situation, I believed was in a professional manner but advocating for myself as a patient, ****** ******, Nurse Practitioner NPI #********** sent me the most demeaning and condescending message questioning my knowledge on my health matters. Never has this been an issue before, with any provider with my health, or my providers would clearly specify I should not consume these things containing cobalt. As I sit here writing this, I cannot believe how ridiculous this actually is. I feel very mistreated and disappointed in these said providers.

      I requested a cancel on my subscription and a refund on a order that was done earlier on the same day, they said it couldn't be cancelled since the order was in transit but I checked the tracking services and it has not even left. I cancelled my subscription afterwards but they seem adamant on not giving a refund. Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. They need to make it easier to cancel a subscription or have automated reminders prior to refills automatically enabled, whether they be via text or email.

      My compliant is against ********** for internet fraud in their sales area. I had a subscription which I cancelled when i found the product did not work and then when I contacted them they claimed i never cancelled, which is untrue. Solution was they offered 50% rebate despite my never receiving the product I was asking rebate on, after my cancellation.

      In February is signed up with ******** for weight loss injections. I promptly received my 12 weeks worth of injections. Unfortunately, I experienced too many side effects and was getting ready to cancel my plan. I was too late as my next ********************************************************************************************************* if I needed to change the ship date. When I called customer service about this, they acknowledged that they don't send out notifications that they are preparing next shipment and because it shipped I was out of luck. My question is if you are allowed to make adjustments on ship date or cancel your subscription but they don't notify you the date of shipment how do you get a chance to make a change?Because of my many side effects they did offer a 50% refund. $448 is still allot of money out the door that I cant get back and could of only if the company had better communication practices with its clients. Hers needs to do a better job notifying clients and with new clients educating them on how to make changes.

      I ordered this product for three months for $175. Prior to receiving the product, I spoke with my physician about it and he advised should not take this product as any thinning will go back to how it was after I discontinue the product, which I was not advised about prior to purchase. I contacted the company immediately and told them I could send the product back, as the box was completely unopened and you can see from boxs design that any tampering would be evident. They stated that they could not accept any returns under any circumstances, even if everything was unopened

      This GLP-1 compound did not work for me. I did everything they asked, and still weighed my 200lbs after 4 months. I reached out to them after several months letting them know I was not losing any weight and if I should increase the dose since it was such a minimal amount. Very very low dosing:Weeks 1-4: 0.2mg Weeks 5-8: 0.4mg Weeks 9-12: 0.6mg Weeks *****: 0.8mg *************** said they do not typically prescribe at this low of dosage unless there are side effects. They would only refund me $990 out of $1980 dollars because they shipped me a 6 month supply to start. I told them I have 2 ***** that haven't been used and I did not want a 6 month supply to start. They replied that they are not taking back the ***** and I will not get any more money back. So, for anyone who reads this, beware that you will be out the cost of what ever they ship to you, no matter if it works or not. This is not cheap and was a huge waste of money for me. I only tried it after all the great things I've heard about GLP-1 results. I would not trust that Hims and Hers medication will work like the name brands such as ******, etc. Very disappointing company, and NO results.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This company is purposely keeping the dosing very low so that time runs out to dispute it with your credit card company. The low dosing was not working for me and I told them this. I should not have to pay for a product that does not work at all. And pay for 2 ***** of unused product when my ** tells me to quit taking it because this should have started doing something by now. This company only shows they are greedy and not in it to help people lose weight. If I knew what I know now, I would have paid for name brands to get results. Do not trust Hims and Hers for your weight loss injections. I am proof that it doesn't work and they will keep your money.

      I purchased weight loss medication, and the price I was quoted was not what they charged me. Their wording was quite misleading. When I saw the amount withdrawn from my account, I immediately called the company for clarification, and they confirmed that the charged price was indeed what had been taken out. I then proceeded to cancel the order, and they informed me it would take 5 to 10 business days for a ********* I approached the 10-day **** without a refund, I called for a follow-up. During that conversation, they acknowledged that my account was canceled, but they had never processed my refund. After speaking with a supervisor, they finally initiated the refund, but now I must wait another 5 to 10 business days. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. This company makes it exceedingly difficult for customers to resolve issues. Im relieved I was able to get in touch with them; had I not followed up, I would have been left waiting for an even longer time without knowing the status of my refund.
