This is a Horrible and irresponsible company my son took his life Because they are selling ******** without thinking of the consequences if they are not taking the correct way. They should stop selling medication this is illegal. I need someone to take some responsibility about my precious sons life.Carmen S.

This company scams customers who because of the stigma associated with ED * Do not subscribe to their ****** program* You can not return any thing for a refund* They sell 12 50 mg tablets for $72* You can get 30 100mg tablets for $10*51 a local pharmacy* They sell 50 mgs tablets which cost 34 cents each for about $6*00* They will deny you stoped or halted your subscription and keep charging your credit cart and send you product you can not refuse or return*Hims & Hers Inc.

Beware of this company. After completing my profile and receiving my first prescription, they sent me the wrong dosage of my medication, half what I should have been prescribed but for a higher price. When I went to cancel my subscription and following order, they ignored my correspondence for 2 days, billed me before it shipped and then shipped it after my request to cancel. They didn't respond until after they shipped it and then said I could not return it or get a refund. They just want your money. Total ****.Hims & Hers Inc.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I applied to hers for medication for depression. I gave them a background of what I had already taken in the past and why I was not taking anything right now. I asked to go back on my medicine.After going through their procedure I was approved for treatment and everything was in writing. I never talked to anyone on Zoom or any video chat. The person who wrote my prescription displays a licensing number in *******. And there was a psychiatrist overseeing this transaction and he was also licensed in ******* according to the website.I was approved for 60 mg of Fluoxetine and I was instructed to try it for 30 days and to make contact with them if they're any problems.The treatment agreement that hers offers is $25 for your first prescription and if you don't cancel within a certain amount of time they automatically charge you $85 the next month and mail the medication to you.I did this late at night so I went to sleep and the next morning I woke up with an email saying that my $25 payment did not go through. No problem I just needed to move some money over so I did that and I went to pay manually and it wanted $85. So I wrote inquiring why that amount had changed.While I waited for an answer I found the order for my medicine and it showed $85 due and it was for a medication called Bupropion, 150 mg for 30 days.I notified them that the medicine was wrong and that it was still showing $85. I gave them the order number and the details about what I was supposed to get and what they were trying to send me. I asked them to cancel my account based on these errors and I suggested maybe they mixed up my account with someone else's. Which is Unforgivable.Then today they sent me emails trying to defend what happened and blaming me saying that I requested Bupropion and that I was billed $25.These blatant lies from a company dealing with Mental Health and medication worry me.It was bizarre to be lied to. Beware.Hims & Hers Inc.

I was prescribed a first time medication without actually speaking to someone. When I was able to get my questions answered I was given zero sympathy and my questions werent even really answered. This company is not trustworthy and is preying on people who are struggling and finally reaching out for help. You should be ashamed and disgusted with yourselvesHims & Hers Inc.

What a horrible company . They want your money . They leave you with a vague outline as to when you will receive your paid product . 2 week window at best . Of course that is never mentioned until after youve paid for the product . If I could of given a -3 for this company I would of . Do not waste your money .Hims & Hers Inc.

This is a complete sham. Their "medicine" doesn't work and they make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription. Any company that isn't a complete scam wouldn't make it so hard to cancel. These crooks know their product is worthless and hope you forget about your subscription so they can charge you for more worthless c*** Please don't trust this company.Hims & Hers Inc.

THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!! I went to their website, and answered all their generic questions. I needed a temporary prescription for my anxiety medication, since my doctor unexpectedly went on maternity leave. After completing the online assessment, I received an email instructing me that a physician will be contacting me soon. In the meanwhile, I noticed that the app said I had a prescription for Wellbutrin ready to be shipped?!?? That was my first concern how can that be, when I have not even spoken to a trained professional yet?!??? Besides, I specifically mentioned in my notes to this (HORRIBLE) company that I am on a specific brand of medication. Why in the world would you put me on something else?!??? This entire process is set up to pray on already troubled, vulnerable individuals. Who suffer from a range of anxiety or depression. This site should be shut down for good!!!!! All they want is to take your hard earned money!!!!!! Anyways! The following day I was contacted by some supposed doctor. Not even in my State mind you. His email was long and obviously scripted. Not personalized at all. I knew what I needed. I didnt need an insincere explanation on anxiety. So that was the second red flag for me!!!The same day that this physician contacted me via email, I also found out that afternoon that my primary doctor was willing to call in a 90-day prescription for me! I was thrilled, so I canceled this nightmare of a s _ _ _ show (excuse me). I figured that was that! BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! The very next day without ever having a Tele health appointment, and after already requesting to cancel they charged my credit card over $100+!!!!!?!?? What in the heck?!?? So I canceled that credit card and disputed it. *********** mailed out my new credit card.The final straw I just received my new credit card, AND THEY CHARGED MY NEW CARD OVER $100+ AGAIN!!!!!!!! THEN I get a notification stating it will be twice as much next month THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!Hims & Hers Inc.
