      Purchased furniture from West Elm end of May. It is now late July and half of our order is still missing. 1. The sofa we ordered, which we were told was in stock to be delivered by ***** is now delayed till late September-October. 2. Worst logistics department EVER. Our apartment is up three flights of stairs with no elevator. First delivery crew couldnt handle taking the furniture up because it was too heavy; totally fine. JUST for this reason West Elm rescheduled the delivery for a week later, specifically to have a three man team deliver rather than two due to the stairs and furniture weight. Even despite repeated confirmations and reassurances that they were sending a three man team to deliver the item today, they only sent a two man team so now we have to reschedule. AGAIN.I refuse to ever shop at West Elm again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them.

      Do not order delivery from this company/ West Elm. And don't believe the website that lists products as quick-ship or in stock and ready to ship. They will take your money and lock you into several weeks and months of waiting for these products. They are dishonest about scheduling and will delay the delivery by delivering only part of the product. The customer service is not helpful and they talk about compensation to quell their customers into not reporting this bait and switch which is illegal. Avoid them at all cost apart from ordering a pillow or something that arrives by **** The hubs are not organized properly and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. It's been a horrible experience.

      Same as all the other poor consumers who have written reviews on here. I bought my first home in April of this year. Was so excited to furnish it. Spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture, and I was fine waiting. I understand things are backed up right now. I have now had three failed delivery attempts with this company. The first time, scheduled the delivery, and waited around all day, just to call customer service and for them to tell me my sofa wasn't even in the warehouse yet! So, had to wait another 3 weeks for it to come, and have it delivered. Second time, my dining set came in. My buffet had also come in while I was waiting for my delivery in a couple days. So, I called, and asked if I could have the buffet delivered with my dining chairs. She said, it was already on the work order, and it would all be delivered together. The chairs come, but there's no buffet. I call customer service, they schedule another delivery. I call the morning of the delivery, just to make sure it's actually going to come. The lady says they'll be here between 9:30 and 10:30. 10:30 comes and goes, not delivery. Call customer service again, she notifies me the buffet wasn't put on the truck, I have to re schedule. I'm like, absolutely not. I've been waiting since April for this piece of furniture. They definitely took my money, and then never delivered a product. So, I just cancelled the order all together, and now I'm waiting for a refund. At this point, I don't want anything to do with this company anymore. Like an idiot, I spent another 2k on a chair and a half about a month ago. I'm going to try and cancel the order, but I probably wont be able to since I chose a custom fabric. But, I'm begging anyone who reads this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The worst customer service. They're complete scammers. Take your money months in advance, and you don't have anything to show for it. Take your money somewhere else. You'll be much better off.

      On June 4 2022 I placed an order for 2 items through West Elms quick ship. I was assured they would be delivered by June 29 2022. I was charged in full. The items the Urban chair and a half twin sleeper and the Harmony **** have been showing as ready to deliver for several weeks. However shipping does not have them and they have told me West Elm "does this all the time".They promise items that they don't have and charge in full. I call repeatedly and nobody knows where my items are. Again I WAS CHARGED IN FULL ON JUNE 4.

      Purchased furniture on 4/4/22 on my West Elm card. The card was charged twice putting me over the limit. At the advice of customer service I cancelled the order and was going to try again except the order was never cancelled. After numerous phone calls and emails to cancel I received one credit for the original amount and was assure the order was cancelled and I'd receive the the original credit. Here it is the end of July and not only is the order not cancelled, I've received no credit, and to make matters worse was charged $621 on 7/11 for absolutely nothing and now am not receiving a reversal of that charge. $2400 in charges that I'm getting no response over now, have no furniture, and have no idea why I have the additional $621 charge. This is the most irresponsible, inept, and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from them!

      I placed an order on June 6th, 2022 for faucets. At the time of order, I knew it would be a 4-6 week fulfillment time. Four weeks later I called to check on the status of my order, and they said that there was no record of my order, regardless of the fact that I was looking at an email confirmation with my order number in it. I was told that the problem "was a glitch with my browser" and I needed to place a new order. I went ahead with a second order, and called back a few days later to see if they could possibly expedite because of the mix up. SAME THING - I was told that there was no record of my order. The customer service rep did a little looking into this, and it turned out it was a glitch with their system causing my orders to be processed but not received by Rejuvenation. At this point my contractor needed the plumbing for our project, and because they could not expedite the order, I asked to have it cancelled. A few days later, my credit card was charged for BOTH orders. I called and asked to have them cancelled, but only one was cancelled and they proceeded to ship the second order. At this point, I had already purchased and installed plumbing from another vendor. Now, I have to send this order back and wait to be refunded, because they will not refund me for the other until I receive the packages and ship them back. Never purchasing from Rejuvenation again.

      Pottery Barn/PB Kids is such a poor excuse for a company. I ordered a very expensive recliner for my baby's nursery in Feb 2022- while baby is due in August. I was told that there were 2 in stock and it would be shipped out the following week. In the following weeks, the delivery date kept getting pushed out until I finally had enough after the date was updated to January 2023! In June, I canceled the order after spending 45 mins waiting to reach a rep and was able to purchase a similar recliner from a major competitor at a fraction of the cost. A couple of weeks later, I decided to give PB Kids another chance after much consideration. I purchased a floor lamp where the delivery date stated 3 weeks away. It was a unique item for the nursery that I could not find anywhere else. Sure enough, the date got pushed out twice and who knows what type of game I'll be playing now. I'm currently on what will no doubt be a very long wait to speak to a rep to cancel this order. I have since heard so many similar experiences with PB. How can this company be allowed to continue doing business normally- charging their absolutely outrageous prices with absolute C*** service? 0 out of 10 0 starts out of 5. Will NEVER even consider a purchase from PB again.

      Ordered 2 baskets and only 1 was delivered via **** No information available when I try to track the package which leaves me to believe the package is lost. Called westelm customer service to inquire about a replacement. The rep was rude and condescending. He refused to ship out a replacement! Im furious.

      All retailers are experiencing delays, but PB is by far handling them more poorly than any other retailer I have worked with. I ordered two nightstands in Feb, estimated delivery in Mar. The estimate was pushed a couple of times, not surprising. My items were then changed to "shipped" status in Apr and my credit card was charged. It is now almost Aug and I have no estimated date of delivery. My two items were somehow separated, one has been at the local delivery center since MAY, one for a month now. I called PB CS no less than 4 times for updates, each time telling me they would reach out to the warehouse for an update and it would be 3-5 days. I didn't receive a single update. I have waited hours on hold, tracked down the appropriate local warehouse numbers when PB CS gave me 3 incorrect numbers, only to get to the local delivery center who can not give me an ETA or let me drive 2 hours to pick them up. I have no idea if/when I would receive the items. Just cancelled.

      Same issue as all other users. Bought a light fixture on the West Elm website that said in stock, received an email indicating that the light would ship over the next few days. Happened to click on the Order Status only to see it is backordered with no potential ship date. This is the third or fourth time this has happened with West Elm--they blame their inventory system, but that is no excuse for not pushing an email when the system identifies an item as backordered. Will not be purchasing anything from them again unless the merchandise is physically in the store.
