    Like the fact that you have fewer and better quality leads and not the numbers that are not really interested. This was a seller from out of town. Coordinated some work on the home (it had been a rental). Very nice couple.

    Consistently good quality leads! Like any other lead source there are some duds and prospects are at different stages of the buying or selling process. Consistency in follow-up is key. This particular lead was A+ quality buyers that were ready to and wanted to interview realtors but decided to stop with me.

    This seller referral was an excellent connection made with us at the **************************** and see if your team at ******************* HomeServices, ******, Valley Properties. The seller was the trustee for a home his father had previously occupied. He lived over **** miles away from the home, which we listed, staged, Gave him counsel about, and successfully closed for him within about a two month period of time. He was a wonderful client to work with, and listened to all the professional guidance we had to give. We very much appreciate the qualified leads that are referred to us.
