  I dont want to give them a star. They are collecting data with this new debit card and then failing you during verification. It is a scam. And they arent willing to help. Dont try.

  I was a bit concerned because I had not used this online booking agent. But the price was less than any other online booking agent and it was necessary that I stay at this hotel. I had a very early flight and this hotel was right at the airport. The reservation was good. I arrived, checked in which took about 3 minutes and there were no problems. I do have to call the hotel chain to get my points. Booking through this company does not automatically credit points to your account.

  I called 11 days before my hotel stay to cancel the reservation due to a medical emergency. They had not even charged my card yet but they said I have to pay the full amount with no refunds.

  Hi ****,We are truly sorry to hear that you had trouble with your reservation and wish you a speedy recovery.Unfortunately, because you've booked a reservation that became non-refundable after the grace ******* we are unable to make any changes to your booking without the hotel's written approval.The only exception to deviate from the original policy of your booking would be if you had reached out directly to the accommodation, and they send you our way because you have reached an agreement. In that case, you must ensure you get written confirmation that they will discount or refund your stay, outlining the date of stay and guest name.Alternatively, or if you reached out to them by phone or in person, please always make sure to get the name and position of the staff that has accepted your request.Our Amendments team is currently reaching out to the accommodation on your behalf to request an exception to be made. They will follow up with you as soon as possible.
