    I tried to book a hotel room for 2 nights by ******** the hotel I wanted. It popped up with a deal from this site. It turned out to be in a completely different city and the wrong dates.I tried to correct it and cancel it, no dice. Stuck now with a case opened with PayPal. No response from them yet.No where on confirmation does it say not refundable. Nothing while booking either.Yet here I am still no response and out money on a room I didn't use.UPDATE: I contacted one of your live agents as per your response SuperTravel and it resulted in an even worse experience. The agent "***********************" did not listen to my concerns, did not care about what happened and did not even offer any recompense whatsoever. You deserve all the terrible reviews for wasting people's time and money.

    Hotel was missing key amenities that drove our booking and Super wont cooperate with a refund. They say the hotel is unwilling to provide them a refund so they cant refund me BUT the hotel says they are willing to send a refund through to them, and there should be accountability regardless.

Because we're a 3rd party booking service, the standards of the hotel and the availability of their amenities are out of our control. The only exception to deviate from the original policy of your booking would be if you had reached out directly to the accommodation, and they send you our way because you have reached an agreement. In that case, you must ensure you get written confirmation that they will discount or refund your stay, outlining the date of stay and guest name.?In this instance, we see that you've initiated the chargeback process, which means that you've disputed this claim with your bank or payment provider, and we no longer can take any action on this matter. We have a dedicated Chargeback team that will be gathering all supporting documentation and submitting it to the card processor for mediation.From now on, any resolution or updates must continue through your financial institution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I think youre deserving of a great review because you helped me out of a mistake I made which was to book for the wrong dates. I received a confirmation email then I went ahead and booked with Super Travel for the dates I meant to book for getting the best deal possible! However, I am not seeing the cancellation transaction funds on my credit card history so Im concerned did it really happen? If it did You deserve 5 stars. Thank you,******

    I would give them no stars if i could. No where on their website does it state anything about referencing the website of the hotel resort you are staying at. The hotel we where staying at required a deposit. We had literally used all the money we had to book the room. We couldnt use the room because the hotel wouldnt let us stay there because we couldnt come up with the deposit. After fighting for a refund, super travel said they would refund the money but they where going to need to charge us an additional 30 dollars to receive our refund which wouldnt come for 3 to 5 days. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels and used services like this often and have never ran into any issues like this before.

It is not a charge but rather just a temporary hold on your credit card, subject to an inspectionWe of the property. The hold is released if no incidental purchases (room service, mini bar, Wi-Fi, etc.) or damages occurred.It is noted that a full refund has already been processed back to your original payment method.     Real savings and responsive. I must say I was worried after I paid I thought it is not a real company. I called the hotel and surely they had my reservation exactly as I booked it. There was no surprises. Everything went smoothly.
