    Could not have been simpler. This website took about 10 minutes of my time. I was already at the hotel from a prior reservation and I ended up needing another night so I was looking for a reasonable rate and remembered "Super travel" site. My pocketbook was thankful and the ease of the reservation PLUS the hotel allowed me to keep the same room. All around 10 and will definitely use this site again.

    Saw the ad on my instagram account 2% cash back card that also reports positive monthly spend payments to credit bureaus. I did some initial diligence on company saw who the team was behind them. Figured I would give it a try. Downloaded the app immediately got a virtual card to use right away ordered a physical card as well. I started to use my virtual card right away was easy seamless and fast. What made this stand out from other fintech companies was the immediate funding option they offer. No waiting days for funds to clear no guess work as to when and how your account gets funded. It happened immediately with debit card funding. I used my virtual card right away to pay bills on line just like they said 2% cash back on payments!!! Got my physical card right away within 5 business days!!     Horrible experience with them. We paid for a trip for spring break in ******** and were notified a month later that the reservation had been canceled. They said the hotel had no rooms available. What on earth did we pay for then???? They did refund our money, but now we're left with no hotel three weeks away from spring break in one of the most expensive areas in my state. No way can I ever trust them again. AVOID!

    This is the worst company. They will steal your money then hang up on your when you call to ask about it. Of course every case Is different but if you value your money please run awash from them. After they get you frustrated they then laugh and hang up on you. I wouldnt recommend them to absolutely nobody!!!

    The website is helpful and the deals for rooms are great ??. The last room I booked through them was a complete disaster the room was dirty, had Roaches and so on.

    If I could remove the star and rate it below decent I WOULD! I have been BATTLING this site for my refund since October of 2022. I paid for a hotel. Arrived there to the hotel that evening, only to have to pay the hotel directly because they never received a dime from then Snaptravel. Since the hotel charged me a different rate, not even PayPal will give me my money back. I have submitted everything proving I paid twice but nobody cared. PayPal looking out for the customer is a joke too! The now ********************** claims they gave my refund to my bank and Id have to resolve it with them. My bank (PayPal) never gave me my refund either. So bacically I was scammed out of over $200. Changing the name only helped them avoid many others too. There is a whole ******************* all scammed by this same no good company. If there is a lawsuit starting against this legally run scamming company, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE follow up with me ASAP!!!
