Horrible experience there card didn't work and the hotel locked me out of my room for hours then the next morning I was on the phone for 2 hours with them ridiculous exp. Don't use them

5 starsExtremely satisfied with snap travel Theyre the only one that I can count in to make sure I no all the terms and conditions for their site and hotels that I am booking in advance other being deposit that doesnt show on snap travel they make sure I know what it is at the hotel beforehand. Worst ************ I've ever used. Basically I've spent the last 3 weeks confirming a hotel booking. Snaptravel says to wait til the last day but the hotel claims they are booked up, and by now if my name isn't there, it prob won't be Saturday when we show up. I've talked to at least 10 agents and a "supervisor". They ALL give generic scripted answers and do not try to fix the problem outside the same answers. This is a non refundable room too. I'll spend a year trying to get my money back from this c*** company. Snaptravel needs a huge lawsuit against them. How this is legal, I don't know.Super.com

5 starsWas my first time using Snap Travel and cant say enough good things about our Hotel, Hampton Inn in downtown *******. Beautiful Room, luxurious beds, free breakfast with anything youd want. We had Valet Parking, bell men wouldnt let you tip them, Thank you I am hooked on Snap Travel. We stayed 2 nights fie$249.00.Review fromD'Neisha C.
