SnapTravel is hostile to cancer survivors.I booked a reservation recently with SnapTravel, and when I got to the hotel it was oversold and they tried to put me in a smoking room. Im a recent cancer survivor, which is medically unacceptable for me. The hotel was willing to refund my money, but SnapTravel refuses. These people are scum

We kindly ask you to review the ****************** on our website, so you can get a better understanding of the policies of your reservation and the scope of our services. Policies are not set by us but rather set by the accommodation and only with their permission, we can override those policies.You booked a run-of-house room, which means that the room is assigned upon check-in. We do not have the power to force the accommodation to host you in a specific room type, as this was not what had been booked. When a guest has specific needs, we always recommend against a run-of-house room, as the hotel will offer any room that has availability.This being said, we were able to get hotel approval and a refund was issued 2022/09/08.Review fromTimothy R

5 starsI have used snap travel twice thus far and couldnt be happier. Each time I saved on average $30 per night compared to all other travel sites. What is also really unique about snap travel is that while I am at the hotel enjoying my stay they text me and offer additional savings if I would like to spend an extra night. Also, to my surprise, each time I used snap travel I was upgraded from a standard room to a suite for no additional charge. I didnt even ask to be upgraded. I was just told we are going to upgrade you at no charge. Coincidence? Perhaps. But I think theres more to snap chat than anyone is saying and its all good.Review fromMohammad A
