I booked with this company and started the booking process on premises of the motel I was booking at around 1pm and was not able to actually get checked in until 9:30pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stood in a motel lobby for 6+ hours!!!!!!! Getting screwed around by this worthless company because they cannot do their jobs!!!!!!!! Now I'm trying to use my rewards that I was SUPPOSED to be able to use to extend my stay and have NOW BEEN ON THE ***** WITH THEIR WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR POLICIES!!!!!! IM NOT BEING THROWN OUT OF A MOTEL AND SLEEPING IN THE PARKING LOT AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY'S F****** NEGLIGENCE AND UNWILLINGNESS TO JUST DO THEIR F****** JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
